The tailoring service is rubbish. It takes them a week to shorten 501s, while at Uniqlo you wait 30mins and its already done!
I just went to Levi’s for the first time and I had an amazing experience! I can’t recommend it more. I was served by Lando and Sophia, who went above and beyond! They were not only helpful, but also extremely attentive and kind. I don’t think I’ve ever had such a nice interaction in customer service. I found two styles of jeans I really liked and so I took them both! The jeans are very high quality too and the perfect fit. It’s great to know that they offer a tailoring service at the store (in case anything needs altering) and that they offer discounts online to members. 10/10! Would shop here again.
I went in shortly before Christmas thinking I knew what I wanted but I was totally wrong. Thanks to the neverending patience of the lady who served us, and the 7 pairs of jeans I tried on, I came away with the most comfortable jeans I've ever owned. I was even able to order a pair and still get the in store discount. They are well worth the price and I will forever go back to this store now thanks to the excellent customer service and quality jeans.
Lovely place and lovely staff, I believe the lady who helped was either called Rosie or Lauren, but either way she was great! Super helpful and down to earth, knew a lot about the product so couldn't ask for anyone better.
I decided to try the Levi's shop in Bristol after hearing positive things from other people. I visited on a Sunday and the young lady who helped me couldn't have been more helpful. They had my size in all of the styles I was interested in and were very knowledgeable about their stock. If you want a pair of jeans that will actually fit, I highly reccommended a visit.
Went in ready to be disappointed, but came out smiling. I'd been around the shops looking for a jacket, which turned out to be really hard work. I come to levis store, and fantastic they do jackets with my sort of sizings. Got myself a really nice jacket, not as expensive as I thought The girl I had was really friendly and helpful. Really caring about my needs as a disabled shopper. Nothing was too much bother, fetching different sizes for me to try on various jackets, and informing me of the loyalty app (which gave an instant discount). A lovely store, and lovely staff
