Ordered items for 8 days, no delivery and nobody answers the call for 3 hours..the tracking shows the order is still in process. The items are bought for mu mum for xmas. I dont think I will have enough time to catch the xmas post. So upset!!!

Staff are friendly, you can have an authentic conversation with them about what you're looking for without feeling they are trying to hit a sales target. Clothes are good quality, mostly natural fibres such as cotton, wool and silk. Increasing use of sustainable fabrics such as recycled polyester. They could stock more accessories, such as bags. The lighting could be improved, the clothes seemed to have a yellow hue inside.
