   Took all the family to see cinderella for Christmas and we all loved it. Great show and actors were really funny with the kids and audience. Easy free parking and good drinks and the usual treats for the wains. We've found a new attraction We'll be back.

   I don't normally walk out of a film but the theatre was freezing cold, the soundtrack was deafening and we were thrown out of the theatre for walking in and taking a seat 5 mins before the film was due to start. Either lock the doors if you dont want people to not go in or actually communicate you dont want people going in before 7. Or maybe don't advertise a 7 pm start?? Not to mention the theatre has these weird lights they have on the walls which distract from the actual screen. Maybe turn them off? No idea who runs the place but they don't seem to consider the fact people are paying to access the venue or they simply don't care. Maybe thats why there were barely 20 people inside what should have been a busy pre-Halloween event. I left the venue within half an hour, theres only so much you get wrong with a venue and they seem to have ticked every box.

   What a night we had Johnny lee Menthis was more than we expected, as a lifelong Elvis presley fan who wasn't lucky enough to see the real Elvis it was a treat to see Johny and the band and the audience getting involved the way we all did what a perfect night. We will be back to see other tribute bands in the future. Plus Johnny waiting at the end to let us all have our pictures taken with him was a 1st. Top night top marks top event.

   A bit of a mixed bag. The venue is hosting live music events but they miss out basic information. They don't publish door times or set times which is essential information. Tickets showed a different time than the website. Nor are staff available to respond to requests about times on the day of the event. Their social media shows people asking for this info and no response. There's an answering machine but they don't reply. There's really no excuse as it doesn't take that long to communicate via social media channels or to call. Unless it's deliberate to get people to turn up earlier than they need to and spend at the bar? It's a small to medium sized venue and quite sparse inside. Sound reinforcement was fine at the standing gig I attended, but alcohol prices were very high for Bathgate at £4.50 for a can of tennents. I've no idea if there is a cloakroom either so you may have to wear of hold onto your jacket throughout the event which is a hassle. There is however a bigger bar outside the main room with seating. I've a couple of other tickets for events there soon so hopefully they can improve their communication about their events by then. It could be a decent live music venues but the events aren't promoted that well and some of the basics of running a venue addressed.

   Wonderful theatre. Staff very friendly and helpful and bar staff efficient and cheerful.The Elvis evening was a great success.However , the bar open though out the performance? Extremely distracting for both the audience and the performance.Several people in my row , and the row in front of me and down constantly . Spoilt the evening.

   We held our Club Championship presentation night here 2 years in a row. Holds about 100 people large function room lovely centre pieces on the table and lighting to give you a VIP feeling. Stage for use for theatre and shows, we used the stage for the winners' podiums. Bar serves alcohol soft drinks popcorn crisps prices a little high, but I've had to pay worse. Packages available at request
