Total nightmare dont take room 16 if ypu want a decent sleep as the extraction ductwork runs through your room from the kitchen below and drones and vibrates even the floor vibrates.Shower water runs on to floor. Second night workmen drilling and using electric saw until by 9pm in the kitchen below. They were still serving food so what does that tell you Heated towel rail doesn't work and the hotel management are just lazy and to arrogant to even inform you of any of problems and arrogant when you complain. Still waiting on them getting back to me as I want at least some money back. I nearly crashed on the way home as I had hardly any sleep for 2 nights .

Lovely big clean rooms and so is the Bed. Will definitely stay again. Very handy to access the M74

The rooms were good. A fridge inside would be helpful, as we had medication that needed to be refrigerated. However the bar staff kindly allowed us to use their fridge. Checkout was a hassle. The hotel’s system was showing one of our rooms was unpaid even though my credit card statement showed the full amount had been paid on arrival. Even after showing proof of this to the manager we had to wait while they phoned someone to sort it out. Since this was some IT error on the hotel’s part, we should have been allowed to leave as soon as I had shown proof of payment to the management. We were made to wait for over 45 mins.

Went to Scotland to visit family and decided to stay at the Innkeeper’s Lodge in Strathclyde Park. We only booked for a one night stay but enjoyed it so much we decided to stay another night and luckily the room we stayed in was available for our second night so didn’t hesitate to book it. We stayed in the accessible room which was large enough for wheelchair access, the bed was really comfortable and it had a lovely wet room…we stayed on the bed and breakfast basis and each morning there is unlimited cooked breakfast with tea and coffee. It is very close to the Raith Interchange/M74 - A725 split but you don’t hear any traffic noise at all. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if the need arises and would recommend it to anyone. The staff are lovely and really helpful and nothing was too much trouble if you needed anything.

Very expensive for what you got. No air circulation round the room. Grout in the shower was bogging and no extractor fan. Window barely opened, no small fridge and the sofa bed was u comfortable. Breakfast wasn’t included in the extortion so paid for that which was very nice. Staff were lovely in the restaurant. If you’re not familiar with To y breakfast, you have to pay at the bar then go get your breakfast. It wasn’t too bad but I expected more for the price, probably wouldn’t stay again

Hotel room was big and clean. Shower was vey good and heater worked well. Some road noise because my room was located by the roundabout. Some evening staff were unhelpful, morning staff were unhelpful and rude. Older male and female in particular. Stood by main doors smoking at 06:57 - 3mins before breakfast was due to start.

Working away from home, only stayed 1 night. But stopped here before a few months ago. Rooms are great and good price. Obviously food was great and beer prices are standard for all Toby carvery's. Staff very polite and friendly

The room was clean and tidy. There was tea and coffee making facilities. Even though we were facing the car park it was still quiet and we were undisturbed. The bathroom was nicely laid out with a good shower. The carvery was very busy and I was glad we booked a table. The food was good. We also had cooked breakfast the following morning which set us up for the day. The staff were very friendly and helpful. All in all a good stay. We will be back.

I have never stayed in an InnKeepers Inn before, but I certainly will again. The hotel was clean, comfortable and welcoming. The staff were all friendly, professional and efficient. We also thought breakfast was value for money. Thank you

Budget hotel which was excellent. Friendly helpful staff, spotless room, massive bed, big powerful shower. All level access within a few metres of a large car park and a Toby Carvery attached. Spent 4 nights here November 2022 and will always stay here when visiting this area. Other hotels are within a stones throw if you want to pay almost twice as much for similar facilities and service.
