   Using Deane and Sons to hire the suits for our wedding was a pleasure from start to finish. I had experiences of other tailors for my siblings weddings and they were much, much better. For my brother's wedding over half of the wedding party had issues but using Deane and Sons we only had a minor issue with my son's waist coat being slightly too small. After a 2 minute phone call they arranged a second waist coat for him and we collected it a couple of days later. Their professionalism, quality of service and communication were second to none and we had constant compliments about the quality of the suits throughout the wedding. If you're looking for a tailor for your suits that will make your planning incredibly easy, then Deane and Sons should be your choice.

   The staff at Deanes went above and beyond when helping me and my husband pick out suits for the wedding party. One staff member even went as far as to model for us when me and my parents visited without the groom which was greatly appreciated. The service was excellent from start to finish and we cannot recommend them highly enough.

   t is wrong they have the monopoly on school uniform sales for the area when their customer service is so bad. We have purchased full uniform both for Sidcot and Fairlands and asked today to swap a cardigan for a jumper picked in error. Tags all on but no , not possible . No exchanges. No exceptions or goodwill , just because we wont. A pair of leggings returned also a couple of weeks ago to swap for another size , but because ordered online , you have to buy the new size , put your return in a box and wait 5 days for it to be processed. This is beyond crazy . Computerised tills can quite easily recognise and process and exchange and a return . The owner and the female staff member in today are incredibly rude and really couldn't care less about customer service, and It will be through gritted teeth I have to purchase anything else there as I resent spending my money where it is not appreciated or followed with a smile , thank you , or a little dose of common courtesy..

   I decided to hire a suit from Deane & Son Ltd for my wedding in June. The best man and I were not disappointed! Very high quality suits. The Taylor's we're amazing! Very polite and friendly. Very impressed and would easily hire from them again. They also sell school uniform too. Highly recommend :-)
