    I would not recommend Assured Cleaning. Their cleaning standards were extremely poor – surfaces were left dirty, corners were ignored, and it looked like hardly any effort was made. On top of that, the staff were rude and unprofessional when I raised my concerns. Definitely not the level of service you’d expect from a company claiming to be “assured.”

    Great company. Used them for approximately 5 years now and have multiple contracts in different locations across. The cleaners I believe go above and beyond are Po, Junior and Paul (all based at different site), nothing is ever too much trouble for them. The management/office based team are always contactable and helpful too.

    Never used them. Never will do either. They have hold of my email address from somewhere, and are spamming me. That is one way to guarantee 100% that I will actively avoid a company, and tell others to avoid as well. After receiving unsolicited emails, I've now blocked their entire domain, so hopefully I'll never receive another one.
