   I am seriously concerned about the environment at Garden House Nursery. There is a constant turnover of staff, which is unsettling and not what you’d expect from a stable, nurturing setting. Children need consistent care, not a revolving door of unfamiliar faces. Leadership—particularly under Tom—appears to ignore or dismiss concerns. This lack of accountability raises serious questions about what’s happening behind closed doors when even basic concerns go unanswered. A nursery should be built on trust, transparency, and emotional stability. Sadly, this setting does not seem to offer any of those things. I would strongly advise other parents to look elsewhere.

   This was our first nursery, and we have been blown away by the amount of support and care provided! Our daughter has really flourished, and we are particularly impressed by the professionalism in communication, with every detail of her day passed on to us. Garden House is a very safe and welcoming home away from home, and the team all work really hard to be responsive to every need. Thank you!

   My son has been at Garden House for 9 months. The team were wonderful at helping us settle in. Handover at the end of the day is always informative and never rushed, and all the updates through the app are lovely to receive during the day. The team take an individual approach to the care of each child and it really shows. He has come along so much in his development. The team are friendly and so caring, and the nursery feels very much like a home away from home for both my son and myself. His key worker Tom and Nichola (baby room lead) are just brilliant as are all the other staff who work there and I am so grateful for the care they provide and all the activities they arrange which means, as a parent, I feel reassured that my son is safe, happy and stimulated throughout the day.

   My daughter has been at garden house for 18 months and has had a wonderful experience. From the moment she arrived she felt safe and loved going there. Some of her first words were her key workers who have all been amazing. Special mention to her current Key worker Geraldine and her original Tom, who she loves very much and who I trust completely to be kind, caring and understanding. Garden House also looked after us as a family when we most needed it and I will never forget it. Thank you all!

   Our little boy joined Garden House Nursery in Kingston at 11 months and was there until recently when we moved away as a family 18m later. He settled in very quickly with its home from home environment and loved to spend time in the garden where they engaged his love for all things footballs and bikes. All the staff are professional but friendly, and were very caring and attentive to his needs and he developed so much with them - he loved every minute, never looking back at the door. We were all very sad to leave and have special thanks to Naomi, Annie and Tom - all who he still speaks about now.

   Our daughter has been at Garden House for nearly 4 months, and has settled extremely well and enjoys her time at nursery. The staff at the nursery made her settle in process very easy & smooth, and she has formed a strong bond with them ever since, which is a testament to the environment that’s created at Garden House. The facilities are great and she loves the garden, and Louise the manager was very accommodating with our family situation due to unforeseen circumstances. We recommend Garden House to other parents in the area.

   Our son has been at Garden house nursery for just over a year now. Settling in was done sensitively and very well, and we get the distinct impression that he was cared for, loved and made to feel safe when he is there. Tom, Annie, and Naomi in particular have fostered a great relationship with our family. We love that we get daily updates through the EYLog App to see what he’s been up to during the day and how he’s hitting developmental milestones. The activities that are set out for him are done with his interests in mind to allow him to engage as well as he can. We can see he has the run of the whole garden, the house, and has regular snacks and health meals when he’s there. It’s also one of the few nurseries in the area that cover our working hours. We couldn’t be more pleased.

   Our son has attended the Kingston Garden House Nursery since he was 1, he adores it. He chatters daily about his key workers and will often ask to see them at the weekend. He's always excited to arrive and barely looks back at the door! We're delighted with the care and fun provided every day, and with the new things he learns at nursery.

   Initially, I was very reluctant on sending my daughter to a nursery, but after a visit to Stars Day Nursery Kingston I immediately felt at ease and it was an easy decision going forward. Staff are very welcoming with a genuine and caring nature. A calm and friendly environment means I go to work knowing my child is safe and well looked after. The nursery has a great space and a lovely garden which I know my daughter loves. I get daily updates on how my daughter is doing and how her day has been, including all the food she ate that she doesn’t eat at home!! I highly recommend this nursery and am over the moon by daughter has a place there.
