   Lovely team I don’t typically leave reviews, however the team in the Bath store were so lovely and kind today, I feel like they need recognition. I went in to look for some flared leggings, to which I found but they were too long. A member of the team informed me about the free tailoring and pinned them to the right length for me, ready to be sent for alteration. I then loved a jacket another member of the team was wearing, they then showed me where it was. I tried the jacket on, and the two members of staff did nothing but compliment me and made me feel so confident. This was exactly the experience I was looking for, as typically I feel quite self conscious going into activewear shops. Their kindness was outstanding and I hope they receive recognition from management. One lady was only on her third day too!

   Great quality, but I can’t recommend this shop in Bath, especially if you’re a foreigner. The lady working there treated customers differently based on her own preferences. It was a 20%-off shop for all items, my friend received the 20% discount, but when I bought the exact same item, the lady at the till refused to give me one. For me it looked like that it happened only because I’m not British

   Just a bit of constructive criticism: walking into this store feels less like shopping and more like volunteering as tribute in the Hunger Games of fragrance. It’s not a bad smell exactly, just the sort of atmospheric assault you’d expect if a 14-year-old boy unwrapped ten cans of Lynx Africa on Christmas morning and decided to use them all before breakfast. Unfortunately, I’ve never managed to stay inside for more than a few minutes without feeling like I’m about to keel over. The scent sets up camp in my sinuses and follows me home like a motherless duckling. If the scent diffusers could be dialed down from “chemical warfare” to “pleasant background note,” it’d be a lot easier to actually concentrate on the clothes rather than plotting my escape route!

   I came here yesterday to buy some leggings, and tried on a few pairs with different sizes and chose the biggest because of the way the flares looked on my legs. At the till, the worker there was the best salesperson i have ever interacted with, she was nice and made comments but not pushy and getting me to buy any more than i wanted. She told me a full rundown on all the services like tailoring and if any stitching comes undone etc, and remembered a thing I mentioned about how the length would be alright as I was using them for iceskating. Thank you so much, this small interaction made my day. Will be coming here again!

   Went into the store pre-lockdown to get my son some new gym shorts for his PE lessons. When I walked in I was greeted by the most friendly ginger haired girl (can’t remember her name!) who made me feel so welcome. She showed me round the store with such enthusiasm I couldn’t possibly leave without buying anything. Safe to say the boy loves the gym shorts and I will be going back in post-lockdown. Thank you Lululemon Bath!
