   Sutherland Day Nursery is a great environment for any baby/toddler to start their education path. My baby is always happy and smiling when she attends.    Sutherland has been a great nursery! Our son really enjoyed his time there, but he had to leave due to relocation. The highlight was the staff who were very kind and sweet. My son settled very well after a couple of weeks. He often wanted a morning cuddle from the staff with a smile on his face when I dropped him off in the morning. They did lots of fun activities, like making cards, costume party, celebration for national book day and sensory activities. The management team is very responsive. When I asked about the dietary plan and requested more meals with meat/fish, they acted in a few days to increase to 4 days/week with meat/fish. We also like their onsite kitchen so all the food could be prepared freshly for our son :) Their financial manager Julia is very friendly and helpful. She usually replies my email promptly with detailed answers. When my son needed to leave after giving notice, they made some adaptation for our schedule and waived some of the fee. That was very appreciated! We were a bit shocked by the 48hr quarantine policy regardless of the child's illness. That was challenging for us as two full-time working parents, but the manager said that policy will be reviewed in the future. Overall, our experience with Sutherland was great!

   We sent our son to Sutherland's pre-school and he loved going there. He made loads of friends, and acquired many skills that made him ready for school. When he eventually joined school, the teachers there said he settled in effortlessly compared to other kids, and I believe all the credit for that goes to Sutherland. We would like to specially mention two members of staff to whom we are very thankful - Elisabeth and Danielle. Both know a lot about child psychology, have strong communication skills and come across as positive personality. We have been with other nurseries before and know such skills are very rarely found. We also noticed Ms Sutherland took a keen interest in the running of the nursery and monitored its performance, which might explain why the quality of care provided was quite good and all staff members cared about their performance. I'm not one of those parents who always say nice things about their childcare providers and consider myself quite hard to please. However in this case I felt obliged to post this review online as the quality of care provided in Sutherland is definitely better compared to the bigger and significantly more expensive nurseries in the neighborhood we were with before.

   Great nursery, As a parent my son thrived at Sutherland and enjoyed his time there. They supplied great preparation for school. All the activities set up are inviting and exciting for children. Staff are friendly and professional and have a great rapport with parents. Management are caring and have great communication. My favourite was the Famly app which allowed me to log on and see what my son had been upto throughout the day as well as being able to track his progress. Would highly recommend this nursery

   Our daughter joined Sutherland Day Nursery when she was 6 months old. She is now 3.5 years old and we are very impressed with the quality of care she receives in this nursery. All the staffs are very supportive and caring. We are kept informed of development and performance of our daughter on regular parents’ evening each year. Our daughter loves to go nursery every day and always looking forward to seeing her friends and teachers. Very happy we found Sutherland Day Nursery and highly recommended!

   My child has been attending Sutherland for over a year and absolutely loves it. Staff are friendly and warm and look after her very well. Their activities are educational and fun and the nursery has a great set up with lots of engaging resources. Communication during the day is excellent so I'm aware of what my child is up to. Highly recommended!

   Sutherland Nursery has been a great nursery for my daughter. She started going there a year ago and has settled so well. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The nursery has amazing setting, they do lovely activities which promotes interesting approach towards learning. This has been great for my daughters learning. Would highly recommend this nursery!
