I have contacted Five Star few years ago after reading good reviews. I was very disappointed so I am not sure if these reviews are fake. On the first day to meet them (most from Pakistan or India) they will charge you straight away first without any explanation (I remember around £60) before you can come to a solicitor desk to speak about your issue. When I asked about my issue regarding T2 work visa, the woman I met (name Shereen?) just say about very general and obvious information and everyone all knows it. When I asked the specific questions regarding the obvious visa rules she was not sure and keep searching the internet then told me the incorrect answers. I had to explain her what need to have in my specific situation. Then she said she will help me to make sure my visa will be successful. But she did not tell what is the next step and her plan as well as the cost. The session ends just around 30 minutes. I went home I felt I have been robbed in day light time. I sent a follow up emails to ask some more questions but she did not reply. I imagine they will charge like that again if I plan to come back for the next steps so I decided to stop based on the their bad quality and experience. So please be aware of this indoor solicitor group ( they are NOT law firm ). Please ask and confirm the total cost and the stage payment plan first before coming! I would not recommend.
