   I had enquired about the will writing service and was expecting a call to discuss next steps. Despite chasing this never materialised. I was later told that the service is no longer available. However it appears that there may have been a breakdown in the email communication. I was contacted soon after and the process was efficient and the wheels set in motion. I have since adjusted the review and will reassess at the end of the process too.

   Adversarial family law firm that have loose cannon lawyers on payroll. Their staff sent me emails full of abuse and slander. Extremely unprofessional. Very poor negotiators.

   Lindsay was my solicitor in a historical sexual abuse claim with the redress scheme Scotland. I have had excellent support from the team and given the sensitive nature of the situation I have been treated with the up most dignity and respect. I cannot recommend this firm any more they are beyond professional and got me a very good result with reduced fees from them alao. Top notch they are second to none.    I came to Kevin with a case that had been in a firm in Edinburgh until they merged with a more prominent firm. As the defenders in my case were with the new firm, I needed to find a new home for myself and my tough case. I was offered more at Livingston Brown than at my previous firm. Kevin took my case on with professionalism, incredible due diligence, and excellent communication skills, and he takes his client's mental health and other concerns seriously. He has impeccable patience and knows when to fight and when to hold steady. His advice is fair, truthful and honest. There are no frills and gadgets to man over with Kevin. What you need is what you get. Being outside Scotland didn't have any bearing on the case, and I am happy that Kevin and his team got me a good result. I highly recommend Kevin and his team at Livingstone Brown for any of your issues.
