   I found Jain Neil & Ruddy after an online search for conveyancing solicitors in Glasgow. From start to finish of my first-time buyer house purchase, they were fantasic! I initially dealt with Emanuela, who was always quick to respond to any of my emails and always gave detailed responses to any of my queries, especially if I didn't fully understand something, she was always happy to help. I later dealt with Derek, who again was very quick at responding to my emails and quick at dealing with the legal side of things. They were able to progress things quickly through the sellers' solicitors and made it a seemless process. I will definitely be using them again in the future and have already recommended them to friends and family. Happy customer.

   Derek assisted us with both the selling and buying of a property. His communication was wonderful, very professional, and he kept us in the loop about every stage of the process. This was really important to us as he knew this was not something we had been through before. They also sometimes have an office dog called Oscar - very cute but not a great lawyer...

   What a great example of how dealing with solicitors doesn't have to be difficult. Our main point of contact was Derek Beagrie and he was fantastic from the offset. Me and my wife were moving from England to Scotland and so had no idea how the house buying system works in Scotland, but Derek was able to explain and assist us at every step.
