Had the absolute displeasure of having Ronnie as my lawyer, ignored my calls for weeks and closed a week late on my house cause he just refused to take my calls. Mind you the money had been transferred so fun paying interest for a week for a house that I didn’t own yet cause he couldn’t be bothered answering the phone. Had to contact Ross the partner in order to get him off his backside Terrible service never again
Currently waiting on Jones Whyte to finalise the disbursement of a family trust, they informed the executors on the phone that it would be "days, not weeks" until things were finalised. It's been months & we've not heard anything from you despite repeated attempts at contact Shocking level of service from a law firm that claims their ethos is to ‘respond, resolve and support’ get your act together. Shameful level of service
