   I called the Dunfermline branch yesterday to price a holiday I'd seen online. I spoke with Euan who went above and beyond to help get me the right price for a family holiday. Later that day my father in law went in to book. Euan called me back whilst my father in law was in the branch to ensure everything was going smoothly when booking. Thanks again Euan for all your help.

   Special thanks to Lewis who helped us book a holiday at short notice in October after receiving poor service from another travel agent. Emailed some ideas in the evening and phoned next morning where we chose an option, talked us through everything and got us a good deal and we paid and booked it. Great service from a good representative from Ramsay’s. Well Done.

   I phoned the Dunfermline branch to price up a cruise took all detail then never got back had to phone up and ask had they price up said he would phone next day no phone call so I phoned and got told they would match any price not very helpful the cruise was for 2 people and my niece was going to book same cruise so missed out on 2 sales very poor service so I went to Barrhead travel great service

   PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE TO BOOK YOUR HOLIDAY.......!!! After booking with them last week for a family holiday and parting with a substantial amount of cash, when the booking details came through they were not what was requested..... although there a 3 people travelling I only have a double room...and not the family with the balcony I requested....only 2 people booked on the flight...and although I requested them together they are not... i am now having to deal with head office as the agent refuses to take my calls or get back to me... this can take up to 28 days for a result. ... this is for sure going to cost me more money!!!...and because they do not record their calls...it's his word against mine .....I am disgusted with the service so far and quite frankly should have used my gut instinct and not booked after last year's error resulting in a 7 hour delay as transfers were booked for the wrong day!!! ....PLEASE BOOK IN PERSON....CHECK ALL YOUR DETAILS THOROUGHLY BEFORE YOU PART WITH YOUR CASH....OR IT WILL COST YOU !!!!
