Cheryl from Tui Dumfries is a pleasure to deal with. She knows exactly what we need as my wife has walking difficulties. She checks to see if the resort is suitable. Also if it has a walking shower. So far we have booked 5 holidays through her. Everyone was perfect. She goes above and beyond and so understanding.

Just had an excellent experience with TUI in Dunfermline. I was nervous because it's my first solo trip but Anne completely understood what I was looking for and found me a perfect escape in a quiet spot where I can relax and enjoy the sun. I can't wait! Helen was amazing from start to finish. Nothing was any trouble. She was funny and had a good laugh with her. We knew what hotel we wanted and got the details up. Listened to what we were looking for She came up with alternative flight suggestions which we hadn’t thought about She then took the time to look at everything to do with the new airport. She then went through the excursions that were available and she managed to get us an excursion with 10% off even though we were going after the valid dates She was meticulous in going over every detail and explained everything to us Would definitely go back to book with either Tui or Helen again. She made the holiday booking into a memorable happy experience Well done

Booked my first girls holiday to ibiza today with manager Saffron. Found us a great holiday & was very helpful with showing us what was around our hotel etc. So friendly definitely recommend and will be back!
