Our daughter has been going to Tenderlinks for over a year now and she is very happy there. She likes everyone at the nursery , feels save and she had great development in the past year. I can’t recommend the place highly enough the only downside , there isn’t much of a parking around the nursery , if you have to drive to do drop offs and pick ups . Thank you everyone for taking care of Lily we really appreciate it your hard work

Our son started here in March when he was 8 months old. We were anxious about leaving him to go back to work but the team at Tenderlinks have been so caring and have made it a smooth transition for us all. Our son is visibly happy to go in every day and we can see him develop and become more confident and sociable. The staff are kind, understanding and flexible of our requests so we’re very happy with our decision to send him here.

My son was very happy in that nursery. Then new manager - Zaneta came and all stuff was changed. Everything was happening during covid time when there was only few children and carriers. Few times my son came back with scratches on his face or deep scratch on his hand between fingers ( when I asked Ria what is this she said he hurt himself in the garden)When I picked him up every afternoon his eyes were always red and swollen from crying. Although I had to pick him up earlier few times because he was crying so much that he vomited and they called me with excuses that he is sick but he wasn’t now I think what happened there that poor child couldn’t settle down. Once he was crying when I picked him up so I asked Ria about this she responded because he wanted to take toys from table and they already tidy up. If nursery is open till 6.30 and I picked up my son 6.05 I don’t think it’s ok to not let him play. After these all I decided to cut days in nursery as I thought my son need more time to settle after nursery was closed because off covid. Once when we got photos from nursery and he wasn’t on it I asked Tony when was my son during that time when they took photos- he couldn’t explain. Next day I asked manager Zaneta and she wasn’t able to tell me where was he as well-unbelievable people that should take care off your 2yeras old son!!!! When my son started speak more he mentioned sth about naughty room in nursery- me and my husband couldn’t believe that. But we never used this words he couldn’t hear it from us. So we took him to the nursery’s windows one by one asking where is naughty room and he pointed exactly where it was. I tried to speak with manager about my all concerns but every time she found some excuses and I felt like I m making problems and Im oversensitive. Then once before they put blinds on the windows( wonder why?) I saw how my son was touched by R - the way I didn’t like at all. I changed nursery immediately. After one year in new nursery (4 full days & 1 half)I can say- my son never vomited, never has any scratches never back with red swollen eyes because of crying.

My Daughter has been at Tenderlinks Streatham now for 5 months and I have to say she settled in really well and loves going to nursery. The staff are friendly and genuinely lovely and although its only a small little building it has everything you could ask for. Its clean and the my family app is a bonus I love to receive photos throughout the day and see what she been up to or what little trip they have been on. I always get a little hand over at the end of the day and staff are always helpful. Its just a really nice place and my daughter loves it she is comfortable there and thats what matters.

I’m very happy of Tenderlinks nursery for my 14 months baby. The staff are accommodating and very dedicated. You can always be updated about his daily activities and check how long he slept, how much he’s eaten and what, by way of the famly app which is nice and easy to use. You get news, pictures of the babies and looks like you are involved in his daily routine. Food looks healthy and the nursery is newly renovated. They also provide comments and advices on his growth and development which I find very useful. Above all I can say that he’s clearly happy to go, when I see him running in to go playing I feel we took a great decision in choosing this place.
