   My son has been going there since he turned one. He is now soon to turn two and will move up to the Pre School Room. We Love SBS and all the staff there. Above everything else, they show a lot of care and love for the kids. My son absolutely loves going there and has learned so much. We are a multilingual family so all the English he gets pretty much comes from nursery and I am amazed at how much he learns everyday. I highly recommend SBS!

   My son (3yrs 5 months) has been attending the nursery since he was 8 months old and loves going there. The staff is very caring and make time at drop off and pick up to talk through the day. Every holiday is being celebrated and explained to the children, which is very important to us. There is a lot of feedback and the staff are always happy to schedule an appointment to discuss the developmental phases. During school holidays, there are often excursions, which the children love - from playgrounds in Wapping to water fountain days and visiting tower bridge or the farm.... it is all there. And a lot of love, preparation and care goes into some special events like birthday parties, Christmas singing, mothers and fathers day, to name just a few. If I had another child, I would not think twice to send it there again. Highly recommended! You guys really are very special to us and we could not have asked for more. Thanks for everything!!

   This nursery is very friendly, caring and attentive. I help with drop offs and pick ups for my grand-daughter, who has been attending for almost 2 years. Nothing for the children is too much trouble for the staff. She was in the baby room then progressed to the toddlers room , the team leaders plus the staff all do a great job, asking every day how the child is and a full report of her day, at pick up. Nice to know how her day went with interesting details of her progress. I am constantly amazed by what she learns there each week. I feel we can trust the staff with my grand-daughter. I highly recommend this nursery.

   A lovely and caring local nursey. My son has been there since he was nine months old. I took him out to another nursery for a few months in the summer thinking that he would enjoy bigger garden space but he never did. We returned to SBS and he's been happy since. They organise Christmas play and summer activities allowing parents to join. My kid sometimes sings Christmas songs at home and I know that he's been practising for the Christmas play. Another plus is that parents in the nursery know each other because there is a playground just right outside of the nursery and plenty of opportunity for parents to exchange info during pick up time. I would recommend SBS.

   Our son who is now 3yo has been attending Step by Step since he turned 7mo, so the staff at Step by Step has really played a key part in his development from a baby to a toddler. The management team really works in tandem with families to do what is best for the children, and the staff really do care deeply about all of them. Our son looks forward to going in every day. We would highly recommend this nursery to anyone who is looking for a nice family-friendly community to look after their children.

   My wife and I cannot speak highly enough of the nursery and pre-school. Both of our children joined the nursery when they were six months old and the whole staff team have been incredible from the day they started until we recently re-located outside of London. The nursery really is a fabulous place and done wonders for the development of both of our children. The staff are lovely and always welcoming. I would thoroughly recommend Step By Step to all parents of young children

   I couldn’t have asked for a better nursery. My daughter started with Step by Step when she was 7 months and I was so anxious about leaving her full time but I couldn’t have asked for more. The care, love and attention that they gave my daughter was incredible, nothing seemed too much of a problem and they listened to every detail that I shared to ensure my daughter had the best time. The staff are always happy and my daughter saw them as family. I was so sad when we had to move after 2 years and know it will be extremely hard to find a nursery as good as this.

   Everyone at SBS nursery took amazing care of my daughter who attended for 7 months until she turned 2 and we moved home. They really assisted in making my child grow & explore and she was very happy there and connected with her key worker & the other children really well. The staff always spend time asking how the child is at drop off, anything they’ve been up to they should know, and at pick up, they always gave a nice summary of how the day had gone for my daughter. It was a lovely experience all around.

   My daughter was at SBS nursery for a year before we moved away. We found the staff to be wonderfully friendly and affectionate and we really felt part of the SBS family. The kids were obviously adored and cared for. I was impressed by the range of foods provided and a variety of activities were always on the go. My daughter was very happy there and we were both sad for her to leave.

   Our daughter will have been going to this nursery for a year in August and we are delighted with her experience. Staff are phenomenal, they put a ton of effort into creating a very safe, enjoyable and interesting environment for young children to learn, have fun and socialise in.
