Two guys, both called Andy came to our premises, looked over our furniture etc. told us they would take most of it, came back when agreed and did same. Scheduled to visit again when it suits us to take remainder. Lovely polite men involved with this wonderful charity.

Remar have supplied us with furniture and collected for us when we needed to get rid of some. I can only give them 5 stars, they have been brilliant, done their best to help and saved us money, time and effort.

Terrible company paid for delievery of a fridge and they dropped it at the door then tried to charge me 10 pound every step they go up absolute disgrace. Good furniture and nice people but a joke of a service.

Some people have the wrong idea about Remar uk , they can't take your tat if it needs a little refurb they cant take it , what you think is still decent isn't! Fire labels are a must , prices are a little high that's to support the work they do soup kitchens , feeding the homeless , and proving safe refuge for people suffer addiction , they have no waitings lists , you can walk in off the street , if they have space they will help you , all they ask is you follow the organisations rules , It's a Christian rehabilitation centre nobody is forcing you to accept God but be respectful of others beliefs, for may its the first step to a new life

Not a great company. Offered them item of household furniture. Showed pictures and they agreed to take everything. Turned up and then refused to take some of the items. Driver spent 10 minutes on phone to his mum after I explained everything, still wouldn't take. Next time, I'll use British Heart Foundation.

Had a wee problem with a bed I bought. Sorted in 5 mins and courteously thanks folks. And they are a charity. Reg No on shop front.

Stupidly expensive! These items can be bought new and/or bespoke for the same as Remar charges. The saving grace is of course the items are good quality and the staff are helpful.

Fantastic!, We were looking for furniture that was different from the run of the mill flat packed stuff that would get replaced as soon as you bought it, what a great place this was to buy "UNIQUE" furniture, the people here are top class and aint doing it for profit but for charity, the items that you buy here are one offs, but pure quality items, heavy and unique and are made by hand! No heating in the show room, as I guess this would cost the charity!, the staff are lovely and have an attitude that is second to none, please visit as it will be a couple of hours well spent, I promise. Will return, Gerry n Michelle
