Popped in here to ask for the morning after pill and I was sent away because there wasn't enough privacy in the store and they are understaffed. I feel like the privacy element should have been my decision to make. I feel like it's irresponsible to turn someone away who is asking for contraception. I went to a different pharmacy down the road (also understaffed) who saw me with no hesitation.

Some staff really quite unpleasant , collecting meds is never a straightforward event , really got worse since beginning of year . Very slow

Always late in preparing my medication. They refused to give me an emergency supply when I told them I had to go to work and couldn't hang about waiting. Bad customer service and they never smile either.

Never saw one pair of Boots in the whole store, so was quite disappointed tbh. Staff did recommend a shoe store, which turned out to be a great idea. 5*
