Don't bother going for opening hours at 08:30 if you are in a hurry before getting somewhere like work. All the staff wont be there yet and you will have to try and go somewhere else. Problem is everywhere else local opens at 09:00 so this is your only option yet that option is not available.
Great experience, staff were great, they didn’t have my medicine in stock but reassured me they would order it for the next day which they did, received a text then went to collect it, easy peasy!

Popped into Well Pharmacy for the first time today to see if they had the anti-biotics I was needing as no other pharmacy had them in stock. I was in and out with my prescription within a couple of minutes and the staff couldn't be more helpful. I bought some trainer wipes and the lady who served me was just lovely. I had a hard day up until then and her smile and chat really cheered me up. I didn't catch her name but she was very polite with sort of red glasses on.
I found Saeed the pharmacist to go above and beyond to help my wife with her prescription which her usual chemist told her they couldn't fulfil. Saeed also gave her some useful advice on helping her to feel better which she is following.
My mum has had so many issues with her medication every month since joining this chemist. They mess up her medication, give incorrect information and basically make her feel like she's doing something wrong. It causes her endless stress. She has to call the doctor the get everything sorted with her prescription every time and her medication has not changed since joining. Total joke of a service. DO NOT USE!
My husband is a Key Worker whose only day off is a Thursday, so why is it that this pharmacy cannot have his chronic medication prescription ready for uplift, especially when he agreed with the pharmacy 2 weeks ago to have his prescription ready to collect on his day off? He cannot physically get to the pharmacy during their opening hours otherwise as he works at Sighthill for the Edinburgh Mail Centre. Absolutely useless staff and pharmacists if you ask me! I work from home, but cannot just leave my office as I please either! Not at all impressed. This pharmacy puts patients at serious risk of death by not providing chronic medication on time. Why can't someone in power deal with this issue?
Absolutely the worst chemist anywhere!!! This place must be a branch of Musselburgh medical centre!!! Third world countries have a better service than this. Avoid at all costs. You'd be better making your own potions at home. It would be quicker!!!!
I would love to be able to give this pharmacy a higher review due to the great helpfulness from two lovely ladies Danielle and Lydia, they were very attentive to my needs however the other members of staff are what make this review only two stars. I must say these other staff members need some extra training in customer service and service with a smile would go a long way. This pharmacy can and SHOULD be doing better. I've witnessed staff completely ignore the phone also! It gets left to ring! Almost as shocking as Riverside.
