    Contacted Hays to arrange a family holiday in October on a strict budget. A lady from Hays contacted my wife with some ideas but the dates weren’t suitable so she went away to look again, that was the last we heard from her, after a number of emails asking for an update, we approached Ramsay’s who after an afternoon of research emailed some ideas for the exact days in the evening and contacted us in the morning we picked one, booked it and paid for it. I think Hays should take a leaf out their book and dedicate more time to working with the Customer. I won’t be using Hays again.
