   We’ve been part of the Gants Hill Playgroup family for over two years now, and can’t express enough how grateful we are for the incredible care and support the people at this nursery have given our daughter. From the very beginning, they went above and beyond to help her settle in—gently, patiently, and with so much kindness. What could have been a daunting transition turned into a joyful adventure, thanks to the nurturing environment they created. The staff are not only professional and attentive, but genuinely loving and invested in each child’s growth. Over the years, we’ve watched our daughter blossom in confidence, curiosity, and independence. She’s made beautiful friendships, learned so much, and always comes home with a smile and stories to share. It’s clear that this nursery isn’t just a place of learning—it’s a place where children are truly seen, supported, and celebrated. We feel incredibly lucky to have had this experience, and we’ll always look back on these years with warmth and gratitude. Thank you Nihan, Dawn and the rest of the team for everything you’ve done for our little one and for us as a family.

   I would like to thank all of the teachers of Gants Hill Playgroup for looking after my son and niece for almost two years and taking such a wonderful care of them! This is the best place where we could have sent our children in Gants Hill and I’m happy that they will teach my younger son next year.    I'm so pleased we found this playgroup! After many nursery visits which we didn't feel were suitable for our child and we were apprehensive about other people looking after him, we found the best place to send him which would help give us a few hours in the day to get our own tasks done and also aid our child's learning. The staff have been so welcoming and professional from the first day we visited. We really feel that they give our child a lot of attention and we have already seen a positive change in his behaviour and speech after only 4 weeks of sending him. The manager Nihan has done a great job of putting us at ease during the initial weeks as this time is daunting for any parent. She has ensured to send us daily photos and videos (with our consent) to assure us that he is happy in the environment. We didn't enrol him into any nurseries as we were worried about his safety in the care of others for a full day, but we have not felt worried or apprehensive about this playgroup at all. Every time my husband or I collect our child, we both say how pleased we are that we are sending him here! Every staff member is first aid trained and each staff member has a qualification in childcare so we feel assured that he is in good hands. Sending him to playgroup has been beneficial to us all! Highly recommend.

   Management and staff team are amazing they make me feel at ease everytime I drop my little girl off. Specially thanks to Nihan Icel and ofcourse the entire nursery team for doing such a great job. My little girl started at when she was 2 she was very sensitive and had no confidant at all when she started but thanks to the staff for interactions and time they put into my daughter has brought her on so much, she is more confident, chatty and loves going into the nursery. I can't praise them enough. I'm going to put my little girl who is 2 and half year old , who is my 3 child in the same nursery and i cant wait to see the lovely and friendly staff again and i have no worries what the outcomes will b as she will be in safe hands. thank you again... I highly recommend this nursery for everyone.

   First of all, on a day and age where professions are centred based on money, it was overwhelming and very pleased to meet a Head Teacher like you. Secondly thanks to all your teachers and support staff too who was around our little one providing an excellent foundation for learning all activities. We are extremely happy with the progress made by our little daughter in every aspect and we will recommend you Play group 100% to any parent who is interested. We talk about “Florence Nightingale” when it comes to nursing and I am sure that we don’t have to wait that longer to hear your name “Nihan Icel” when it comes to Teaching.
