   My daughter has been at Kindred for almost three months after we moved her from another nursery when we relocated to the area. I’ve already noticed a significant improvement in her development and confidence. Her communication skills have come on wonderfully, and she has learned so many new words. Although I initially had concerns about staff turnover, the current team has been fantastic and clearly committed to meeting the children’s needs. When I asked for more regular updates and photos, they listened and made sure to keep me informed, even while managing staff shortages. I really appreciate the care and effort they put into supporting my daughter.

   Since moving my son out of this nursery and into a new nursery, the change has been remarkable — he’s happier, more confident, and his development has come on leaps and bounds. Sadly, our experience at this nursery was very poor. The setting was badly managed and often disorganised, with staff who seemed disengaged and overstretched. There was a constant turnover of staff, and new people were regularly in the room without any introduction. Looking back, I can see that his time here actually halted his progression — something that became clear once he joined his new nursery and started thriving again. I only wish I’d made the decision to move him sooner.

   Our little one has been at the nursery since the beginning of 2023 and we've always been happy with the level of support provided for our son as well as the responsiveness of the staff and nursery manager whenever we have any queries or questions relating to our child's day and routine. The staff have always been super helpful, friendly, and supportive during our son's journey at nursery especially when progressing to the next room and it's due to their care and attentiveness that he really enjoys his time there.    I have been very happy with my son's experience of Dizzy Ducks Hainault. Staff are friendly and accommodating and have a lovely manner with the children, they are very patient and kind. Staff are always happy to chat at the end of a very busy day to discuss my son's day and progress. My son loves exploring outdoors and the garden facilities are fantastic.

   My son has been at Dizzy Ducks Hainault since the middle of September and he absolutely loves it. All the members of staff are so helpful, friendly and reassuring. They have made us feel welcome from our very first visit, through the settling process and now on a daily basis. Listening to our comments and taking great care of our son. We honestly could not fault the team or nursery.

   Absolutely appalling nursery! I made many complaints about my daughter not being monitored when needing the toilet. My daughter was assaulted by another pupil which ended up in her coming home with a swollen black eye. Staff did nothing about this but fill out an accident form & tell me it was not intentionally done, yet no staff member witnessed what actual happened. My daughter is no longer at this nursery and I have reported them to Ofsted.

   The carers themselves are kind, but the facilities aren't appropriate for babies (one big, loud room without dedicated cribs), the floors are filthy, our personal items were often lost (bottles, bottle caps, toy, dummy), the Key Person system doesn't seem to be respected, and communication (about my son's day) was quite poor and disorganized. Sometimes when I picked up my son, I'd see various toddlers being ignored as they hit each other, or cried.
