   After my daughter been there for 5 months now I decided to edit my review and say that if I could I would give 10 stars, and the only bad review here is a fake one! The staff is so friendly, the food there have a massive range and variety my daughter loves the environment, all the learning and play around there. Zoe is amazing since the first visit she has been always so lovely and helpful, Angela, Jade, Laurien, Lisa and all the other staff that sometimes helps with the pre school kids that are so lovely kind and patient. They do loads of activities, science experiments, sensorial activities, show and tell, they also involve the family and have an app where you are always updated. Love receiving pictures of the day and all the menu and activities! Thank you all!

   The team at Brightsparks Eltham are so wonderful with my 1 year old daughter. Her socialising, motor and speech skills have all come on massively since she joined in January. They use the Famly app which updates me and my husband live everyday on how much she eats and sleeps and we get very sweet photo updates at the end of each day. Staff are always so friendly and my daughter loves to go into nursery every day and comes out with a big smile.

   We are so happy with the experience that both of our children are having at Brightsparks. They are thriving due to the amazing care that they receive. It is a very kind, caring and organised place - communication is excellent and we receive detailed reports on how our children are doing plus pictures and parents meeting. The staff know our children very well and are obviously very passionate about helping the children to learn and be happy little people! Thank you

   The staff are friendly and very thorough especially Zoe and Rebecca as they would explain how our son got on every day when we picked him up. We liked they prepare freshly cooked meals on site. Unfortunately our son just attended the nursery for a few weeks due to house move. We would highly recommend it if you're in the area.

   Outstanding nursery which provided brilliant care and a variety of adventures to the little ones. The staff are fabulous, very friendly and you can tell they really care for the children. They provided observations and would keep you updated with all changes around your child's learning and development. My son has attended Brightsparks Eltham since he was a year old. Today will be his last day as he'll be starting school in September and l know he will miss his teachers and friends! We'll forever be grateful and many thanks for everything!!

   I just wanted to thank you and all the staff, who despite everything with the current situation, always approach everything with a smile. It must be tough at times if you have little ones abit upset and unsettled but whenever myself or my husband have come to the Nursery for drop-off or to collect our son, there is always a friendly face eager to tell us about our son’s exciting day and everything that he has been doing - so thank you. Thank you for looking after our little ones and making things fun and exciting for them and never making anything seem too much trouble! Our son has been attending for almost a year and we couldn’t recommend Brightsparks enough, he thoroughly enjoys it! What a great Nursery!

   I love this nursery. My daughter started in September last year and the difference in her is amazing. The staff in her class are fantastic. She struggled with being left for a few weeks and the staff have gone out of their way to welcome her and settle her, to the point that she now talks about them at home and runs to them each morning for a cuddle!

   My daughter attending this nursery from almost 1 year, she love it. The manager Samantha and all the rest of the staff are just amazing, my daughter enjoy every single day . I am very happy with them and I think this is the best nursery around my area.
