   Customer sales doesn't want to talk or sell you anything . Was told to move furniture and take the items bought. No health and safety. Will be reporting them.not even worth 1 star..

   Absolutely disgusted with the service from this company ordered a new dining table bench and chairs in February 2024 was told 6 to 8 wks wait and we are now in June and still don't have the chairs. Not one call from the company to update my order when I visited the shop I was told I can't cancel the order so I've paid £1500 and I cant get my money back when they dont fulfil there order I've just checked my tracking and now July for estimated delivery. I will never shop with this company again and I will also be posting all my socials with the invoices attached

   10/10 all round -service: Was served by a denyse who was super friendly and couldn't do enough to help and all staff lovely in store. -delivery: bed was delivered and built after being custom made. 2 guys that came to do this were super friendly and efficient even taking the wrappings away with them. -product: amazing quality, beautiful and super comfy. Super happy customer and would return to the designer rooms in Braehead in the future if needed.

   AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST We've ordered a set of dining table and chairs but they are no where to be seen. Called up customer service and they're unable to tell me when my items will be delivered. THIS PLACE WILL DO ANYTHING TO AVOID A RETURN/CANCELLATION. Rude customer service, who shouted at me on the phone and just hung up. All they care about is taking your money, not fufilling the orders. I've read so many bad reviews about this company, the good reviews here are probably paid or they're the employees/employer associates. RUN AWAY from them and don't even think about buying here.

   Ordered living room furniture and a bed. Couldn't fault the service from sales team in Braehead right to the delivery guys. Had slight damage to one table which was taken back and a new one delivered. No hassle what so ever. Furniture unpacked and bed assembled. Brilliant service.

   BUYERS BEWARE Total sham of a company, Trading Standards involved now with a lot of issues , customer service is appauling check Google reviews across all there stores before you purchase.

   We received our garden furniture yesterday can't recommend designer rooms enough. A few of the items we ordered were coming into stock at a later date, we were given the option of part delivery, We opted to get everything together. From ordering, communication, the delivery service (they even set everything up) and furniture quality we are delighted. Highly recommend

   This store will do it's absolute best to avoid a refund. Even if there's a fault with the stuff you buy and you quote the consumer rights act they just redirect you to customer services. Take your money somewhere a bit more trustworthy.
