   Excellent service from Jordan. Gave us all the advice relating to the various mattresses then sat us down with a nice cup of coffee and went through the various options. Would highly recommend this store and especially the staff.

   Customer service and customer care was great, the Salesman gave us information, then gave us space, my son has ASD. it was much appreciated, he came back to us at the right time and we ordered the bed. compared to the 1 star I would give a rival company where the salesman was hounding us and did not give us space to think, he just wanted the sale there and then. Keep the Dream Dreams!!

   Kim was absolutely incredible and made the whole bed buying experience a fun journey. We were just two clueless people wandering in, having never bought a bed before and having no clue what we wanted. Kim helped us through everything, including finding the perfect mattress (using this sci-fi machine which measures you and recommends mattresses), picking a frame that fits in our restrictive room and offering us teas/coffees as we came to a decision. Trust us, we shopped around and we didn't get this kind of customer service or options for beds anywhere else nearby.

   I had a great experience in store. Jake was the staff member who helped me, he was clear and concise in helping me understand the choices available to me and worked so well with managing the budget i had. I have a disability and a good new bed was really essential, he was so patient and helpful in getting me sorted. I was offered a hot beverage and my parents got a seat too while we sorted the order. Wonderful customer service and massive thanks to Jake for all the help, the new bed is superb and has genunely improved my quality of life - I wouldn't have it without his guidance and help!

   Myself & my partner had a great experience today shopping in Dreams. We were greeted more or less as soon as we entered the store & received a very warm welcome from Debbie. I told Debbie what we were looking for & she kindly took us & shown us a few options. We were satisfied with what we had seen & chose there & then. Debbie’s help was tremendous & she also was very generous. We Highly recommend Dreams in Clydebank. :)

   Amazing 5 star service, went in and felt welcomed straight away by the staff. The saleswomen Debbie put us on there machine to find us the perfect mattress, she went above and beyond to help and was in no way pushing us to make a decision on the spot which was greatly appreciated. We came back the next day and were served by Debbie again and Gerry, who got us a great deal on everything we purchased. I cannot recommend this particular store highly enough, staff are super friendly and welcoming, and all go the extra mile in providing a fantastic experience. Could not rate highly enough, thank you all!

   Went in, in search for a new bed for my daughter. Gerry dealt with us and was so patient and polite to myself and my partner. Helped us pick out the best bed (in our opinion) for our child and also ended up helping myself and my partner purchase a bed for ourselves in the process. 110% recommend this place if you ever want a bed. This store and Gerry was great.

   Absolutely amazing experience. Tried the Dreams Sleep Match, and mattresses were picked based on the results. Gerry, Dreams salesman was very professional, taking the time to show us all the mattresses, explaining their manufacturing method, and costings. Overall very impressed, and will definitely be back in the coming weeks to place our order.

   Excellent service from Gerry. Helped my 82 year old mum pick a new bed & mattress. Listened to what my mum needed & recommended a few beds. Was not pushy & let us look around. Covered a bed & pillow & let her lie down to try out. Nothing was a bother & mum now awaiting her new bed. :)
