Had my kitchen fitted nearly 5 years ago.Noticed a small issue with one of my doors .Contacted the company and the door was replaced today. No hassle.Same fitter (Kevin) came out to do it qnd he checked all thr other doors and adjusted a few of the ones that have only started to need adusting. I have recommended these guys to my sister who us also delighted with her kitchen. Reading some of the poor reviews on here, I wonder if they are just people who spend their days moaning of looking for a freebie as I have had nothing but a positive experience and their aftersales is 2nd to none

Honestly wouldn’t recommend. Had kitchen for a year and half paying almost £10k and the finish and quality is terrible had fitters back out a few times and still experiencing problems. Terrible applicants that rust, worktops that have bulged and just had tape applied unaligned doors and cabinets unfinished underneath. And I know I wouldn’t recommend as need a new bathroom and wouldn’t even consider setting a quote from this company. Be very careful if you use this company you will get poor quality products with poor quality finish and be stuck with it.

I have reluctantly given 1 star as this is the only way I can leave a review. I am extremely disappointed with this company, I didn’t want to leave a bad review, I would rather have resolved this, however they have left me no option as despite several emails they are not responding: The installation of our kitchen started on 28th October 2024 and ended on 9th July 2025: During this time: Payment for units was made in full, as requested, before delivery on 21/10/24 Half the cost of fitting paid to the initial fitter who then went off sick The other half was paid to the replacement fitters, however when they left, we noticed doors were damaged and the new ceiling they fitted was sagging and uneven. This had to be re-plastered by our own decorator, at our own cost There were 4 separate visits from workmen and 3 deliveries of damaged units The screws not fitted correctly on dishwasher door which damaged 2 sets of doors, including the current set Several doors and panels were damaged during fitting Our new American Style Fridge/Freezer was damaged in several places when moved during the installation We had to endure the cost and physical effort of having to lay protective floor covering on 4 separate occasions We had to call Clyde's office frequently to chase for updates There were visits from the Clyde Sales Director and the company who manufacture the kitchen units to look at the damage and argue who is at fault I sent a letter and email to the Sales Director on 18th July 2025 requesting compensation for disruption, significant stress, anxiety and inconvenience and after receiving no response I chased and received a reply on 19th August proposing a meeting on a day I work. I proposed 2 other dates and, to date, this has been ignored. Another date was not suitable and a telephone call with requested with no response to date The kitchen installation is complete; however the quality of the units is very poor, we had to fill in holes on units and touch up the paint on doors. The inside of the units is a mess as there were no caps fitted on the screws. The sink is now leaking and doors rubbing against each other! I would not recommend this company.

Charlie looked after us from start to finish. He always made us feel like nothing was too much hassle and we enjoyed working with him. We were made to feel like he valued our business but without ever being pushy which i hate when making big purchases. I would always use Clyde again and recommend. Thank you Charlie and team, we love our kitchen, best decision we made to change it.

We had our kitchen fitted a few years ago.We still are very happy with it.From day one everything went perfectly. We recently fitted a new oven and required a new door to match the existing, Brian dealt with our enquiry and the door was supplied within a few days, Great after sales service, would highly recommend Clyde kitchens for installation and after sales service

Worst company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Not surprised these con men closed and reopened under a different name. Thousands over our original quote. Months late being fitted and nothing but trouble with 3 different fitters. Wrong appliances sent, wrong door handles sent. We where 5 weeks with our kitchen ripped out feeding a family of 5 on take away because we had no way of cooking anything. We had half a kitchen over Christmas while the old kitchen lay in the garden. We had electricians chapping our door for payment on hogmanay even though we had already paid the fitter. Had to get someone back to do repairs on doors who was rude to my daughter.

Cannot fault my new kitchen from Clyde Kitchens. We visited the showroom and planned our kitchen with the help of Jack who was brilliant, making helpful suggestions and was more than happy to make small changes to the design as we went through the process. The kitchen was then delivered a few days before installation by Stevie who did a wonderful job and went the extra mile coming back out at a later date to fit the flooring after we were let down by the suppliers, and even popping round on a bank holiday weekend to fix a small leak under the sink. Absolutely delighted with the finished work.

When it was time for a new kitchen I did some homework and decided to go for Clyde Kitchens. That was back in 2012. There were a few niggles after the kitchen was fitted but Clyde Kitchens put those good. The oven was the major problem. It was faulty and kept blowing circuit boards. Once again though Clyde Kitchens put this right without any fuss. Then a few years later one of the wall cupboard brackets sheered and the unit was hanging off the wall. A call to Clyde Kitchens and 2 fitters where in my house a few days later and the bracket was replaced. It's now been 8 years since the kitchen was fitted and that same bracket went again. Turns out the wall isn't level so the bolt sheers due to the pressure. Still, another quick call and 2 working days after lockdown was lifted Clyde Kitchens fitter Drew was in my house fixing things. He used an L bracket to secure the wall cupboard so now it wont sheer. And Drew even put some soft close brackets on my cupboard doors and showed my where to get rest I needed. I've found Clyde Kitchens to be 1 of the most helpful companies I've ever dealt with. Unlike other companies I've dealt with; Clyde Kitchens are a company that actually honours their guarantee.
