   Terrible place, terrible service, employees and especially security guards completely unprepared to serve the public. Prejudiced, rude and unprofessional. And the bathrooms are terrible, dirty, cramped and without locks on the doors. I do not recommend it! Stay away from this place!

   No suitable toilets – lack of privacy and security discrimination against gender non-conforming customers I am a transvestite and following the recent EHRC guidance regarding biological sex and toilet use, I used the male toilets. The single cubicle, which one accesses by walking through the urinal trough, has no lock (and no toilet seat). While using the facilities, a customer attempted to open the cubicle door, which I promptly closed, but saw enough of me to advise other customers that there was a woman in the toilet. When I exited the toilet, a customer said, “not to be rude, but you have a handbag, I don’t think you should be in the men’s toilets”. I replied that I am not a woman, and simply needed to use the toilet. The customer then asked if I identify as a woman, to which I replied that I do not. Moments later, a security guard approached my friend, who had not used the toilet on this visit to LIFE, but before the publication of the recent EHRC guidance, had used the women’s toilets. He told my friend that they are not allowed to use the women’s toilets due to a change in rules, and added that they would “have more fun in the men’s toilets anyway”. My friend was so shocked by this that they didn’t even think to argue back, or to mention that they had not used the toilet. There is no disabled toilet in the venue, and the practical impact of the recent EHRC guidance is that for toileting purposes, transgender women and transvestites are only safe from harassment if we use the disabled toilets. The fact that both customers and security are hostile to the sight of gender non conforming people in either the men’s or women’s toilets, means that this venue is unsuitable for such people to use the toilet.

   My friend is 18 , had 2 ids with her, bus pass, drivers license , refused when she had enough id on her was only bar people that id her and all cause someone we know someone that doesn’t like her and said to staff and other people and refuse her.She was in every weekend with me and her group what shocking place refusing to see 2 ids and proof one her facebook and setting etc went to other place they said it’s fine and got said staff there is bad . What a shocking place don’t go !!! all cause staff didn’t like her !

   Absolutely disgusted at the treatment of my disabled friend who was on his first nyt out after being in a coma for a year - bouncers failed to listen that he’s Brain damaged - accused him of being off his head and then proceeded to throw him out !! My friend is left humiliated by this Absolutely disgusting
