   Absolutely recommend this nursery. The location is lovely and quiet and the nursery itself is really clean, safe and has plenty of interesting toys etc. The staff are extremely nurturing and lovely individuals who took such good care of our boys. The effort that they all go to make sure the children feel happy in their care is amazing. They have a beautiful forest which they go out into frequently which I don’t think can be offered in many places in this area. It really felt like a home from home setting, they are very inclusive and flexible should you need extra care etc. We feel so lucky to have found this nursery for our sons.

   The Village Nursery School is amazing. As soon as we visited for the first time in April, my son was greeted with enthusiasm and care. The other children were eager to meet him, and the carers were supporting him from that first meeting. His interests are considered, and he is able to be outside so much. I am so pleased we found this nursery. We feel very lucky!

   The Village is the most wonderful, nurturing nursery with dedicated, calm and incredibly kind staff. The children have fantastic learning opportunities. My child rushes in every morning and loves going to nursery. The setting in Whiteley village is picturesque and tranquil. The children have amazing days filled with outdoor learning, crafts, circle time, celebrate special occasions and do so many special events such as sports day, picnics, graduation and Santa! They keep us regularly updated with photos and messages which we can then talk about with our child. They offer extended hours (7.30-5.30 from September). The staff team are consistent without the high turnover of other settings, which is so important to us. I would highly recommend them!

   The Village Nursery School is outstanding! My son has thrived here for the last 2.5 years. The nurturing, thoughtful, creative, outdoor- and arts-focused atmosphere set in place by the nursery's passionate, early-childhood educators has been a recipe for magic. Set in a peaceful forest, the nursery itself is located in a former chapel with soaring ceilings and beautiful windows. This nursery is not a corporate-run enterprise, so it feels distinctly different, much more intimate and authentic, than other nurseries I originally considered. One of the most telling aspects is the staff: the only turn over I have seen in the time we've been there has been due to maternity-leave. The staff is stable with dedicated, career-oriented early educators, committed to this nursery and its ethos. This stability is so important for the children and it lends itself to meaningful and trusting relationships between the staff and parents. I am so thankful that our son's first exposure to an educational setting was here.

   The best nursery for miles! We looked at a few for our twins and fell in love with everything about the Village Nursery. The setting is stunning, with the woods on their doorstep. They spend loads of time outside but have the benefit of the spacious indoors too. All the teachers are so caring, nurturing and creative - every day I am amazed at all the arts and crafts (and also learning) they do. It really is a hidden gem!
