It has been a wonderful nursery. always up to date with the government policies and funding. keeping us well informed of changed. My son has been very happy here. The space is always set up with fun activities for the kids. love the large garden space for them to explore all day. Thank you
An amazing nursery. My kid went there from 2019 - 2021. He has has transitioned to 3 rooms from a toddler to almost pre school. And in all 3 rooms, the care and attention of the staff has been excellent. The people at the office have always been welcoming and helped us voluntarily whenever we had any question. The settling sessions they offered were fantastic, they let one of us be with our toddler inside the room for a couple of days and slowly transitioned to waiting outside in the hall, observing him through the camera. They made sure that the babies/toddlers are comfortable in transitioning to their key carers and also the parents feel confident about leaving their kids at the nursery. They have fantastic chefs in house and cook all their meals in-house catering to many dietary preferences and allergies. My kid loved eating up all his food almost all the time and sometimes even gobbled down 2 portions which the staff would happily provide whenever the kids needed more. During covid, my kid has to take a short break due to government rules and once we resumed we saw sticking to all rules diligently. My kid in fact relieved to go back to this nursery after the covid break, he was so much looking forward to this. He used to hug the staff at the end of the day whenever I went to pick him up; that really shows the bond the carers had with him. Their location is fantastic, calm but easily accessible and there were ample parking spaces, you can even park your car for free in spelthorne leisure centre which is right next. They maintain a perfect ambience inside the nursery and I still remember that we used to do a small walk inside the nursery all the way to his room and he would try a little bit of piano, guitar, congo/bongo drums, shakers, etc. often, they would the kids to explore these musical instruments, kindling their curious brain and as a result my kid got so much interested in music partly because of this. He always shows great care, empathy and very polite and definitely this nursery played their part well in the upbringing of our child in the most modern way by showing him at-most love, care and affection. Overall, I would definitely recommend this nursery to babies, toddlers and pre schoolers alike.
I am very happy how my kids developed in that environment. One went there 2011-2015 (till pre-school), the other one 2016-2017 (baby till toddler). There are odd quirks, but the management team is supportive and understanding, you might have to speak out though and poke at them about problems you see, not just wait. The majority of the workers are impressive and I felt confident. My kids are confidents and like the place and environment. Great gardens and space for all ages. thanks for all the hardwork everyone.
