Lovely nursery - great team who are all very welcoming to both myself & family. We recently attended the Christmas Fair which was really well organised with a variety of activities for children, with excellent Christmas themed photographs too.
Our son attended N Family Club Weybridge from 2024 to 2025, and we couldn’t have asked for a better nursery experience. The team was truly exceptional—attentive, caring, and consistently responsive to any concerns we had. We always felt confident that our son was in safe, nurturing hands. I am so impressed with this nursery! The creativity and enthusiasm of the teachers Stacey & Ayesha truly shine through in the activities & enthusiasm they offer. My 11-month-old has loved everything from the fun duck hunts, painting, the bake off, the Halloween pumpkin playdough and to the autumn arts and crafts. It's heartwarming to see my baby so engaged and happy. I highly recommend this nursery for its fantastic sensory experiences & development. It’s also always clean & tidy.
Staff are fantastic, particularly in the Castle room. Rooms downstairs are good, with one room upstairs being cramped. Overall it is a very good nursery, always friendly and reliable. The issue is the price and fee rises every year. It is one of the most expensive N Family and nurseries in the area, without offering anything to justify the premium over other nurseries in the area (there was more pre N Family taking over). Parents have repeatedly complained to management about this.
Our daughter has been at N-Family Weybridge for just over 2 years and she’s absolutely thriving. The staff are very caring, warm and welcoming. We’ve also felt really supported through all the big milestones. From potty training to dropping naps, the staff have been very attentive to what she needed and what we were doing at home. The nursery puts so much thought into making the days fun and engaging, they organise great activities and trips. Chef Rob is amazing, the meals are always nutritious, delicious and made from fresh ingredients. There are no processed foods served. They have an app which is brilliant too. We get lovely updates and thoughtful feedback every day, which gives us such peace of mind. We couldn’t be happier with the care and attention she receives.
Mel has shown incredible care and kindness towards my little niece. She's an incredible past of your team. I'm so grateful to her.
