Your world traveller seats are super comfy but if you are going to charge such a premium on airfares better food and service would be appreciated. Couldn’t find one hostess at night for water or snacks and if the English invented the English breakfast you’d think you would at least try and make it somewhat palatable. Pull up your socks and do better!!!

Bought my son a birthday gift for an hour flight training on a Boeing 747 for approx Β£450 and I went with him as his friend couldn’t make it at the last minute. We had a fabulous time and the trainer was amazing and made the whole experience enjoyable. We were actually given just over an hour and a half as the booking after us had been cancelled. We flew over San Francisco and even did a couple of emergency landings. These are real simulators actually used to train the pilots. Would definitely recommend as a great day out and a special and unforgettable birthday gift.

I feel that British Airways has really lost their sense of prestige and our now outclassed by so many airlines. The online check in was a disaster, even when I tried to call they were unable to help. The only way for me to check in was to go to the airport. As a result I could not order a special meal so had nothing for the whole flight. To be fair the staff were great and did what they could offering me crisps. I really hope BA can do something to be more of a classy airline again like it used to be.

I had two flat white today the reduce cost for employee is 2.45 Β£ I asked soya milk instead because of a medical issue , can't have lactose, I had to pay 55p just to have Soya milk, that's so disappointing you can half litre for 55p of Soya milk. So if you have a condition you have to almost 30% extra for a drop of Soya milk, that's just not acceptable but is patronising someone and penalising someone who's got a condition. .making money on someone over their condition That should definitely be reviewed its only a drop of milk

Once you get inside not too bad . Used several times and security personnel are totally unprepared and unprofessional and these are the people you have to deal with late at night . Lost time lost money Lots of stress . Avoid and go to a professional organisation like Lufthansa instead

See also BA Flight Training in the building next door where the sims are. Unlike the other β€œreviews”, this is an actual review of the BA Global Learning Academy. Went in April 2018 for 777 civilian training - was great and Peter who was a 747/777 pilot was a great guy and did an excellent job. I’d highly recommend it. Look up BA Global Learning Academy on Instagram for an idea of what goes on for both civilians and BA crew.
