Children do come first at this school. If you have concerns you have to let them know and once they know they do something about it. I would recommend this school because now that I have experienced other schools you realise that lady Margaret is a gem in itself. The only thing I would say they need to work on is the year 5 to 6 boys can be overly rambunctious they need to keep an eye on this and maybe name badges would be a good idea so that parents who have concerns can report to the school but in all other areas I am so impressed especially with the early years and special needs support. Would definitely recommend. staff are very caring.

I studied here a LONG time ago: 1981 to 1985. Most teachers were friendly and accommodating. I particularly remember Miss Wood, Miss Carrington (Mrs Salisbury), Mrs Blows (she taught German) Mr Hurrell (Maths, I think), Mr Mathew Dunkerley (PE) etc. I think Mr Childs was the Headmaster when I left. There weren't that many Asians at that time and the students had a strange look on their faces when I walked in to the classroom for the first time. However I soon blended in and made some great friends. I enjoyed the music lessons, daily assembly with hymns, the PE classes and the school trips. Most students were well behaved. I don't know how much has changed in the years, but I certainly enjoyed my time there.
