Amazing place to work and a great atmosphere. Staff were very helpful and lovely. Literally every day working there, you will be recognised for your work, no matter small or not your task is, you will always get a well done. I would highly recommend anyone to work with this school. ❤❤
Pros: Staffs are good team players. No cosip, equal opportunity, no discrimination, good relationships between employees. Cons: payment is very little for TA's. Curriculum is not standard enough
I would have given nothing if I could I went for a visit to the school to see if my son would attend for secondary school I was met by 3 members of staff the head and a psychologist My son was corralled by the 3 members of staff in the reception area whilst I was interrogated by the Head and the psychologist I was asked the question if my son was hit kicked or hurt how would he tell me my son is non verbal I explained that this is a safeguarding concern and I would expect the school to inform me of this I could not get out of there quick enough Cannot believe this is a national autistic school, I am at the moment going to tribunal to dispute the council decision to let my son go there not over my dead body !!!!!!!!!
