   Worst nursery ever. My son went here last year, it was okay at beginning of the year but later most good teachers and TA left, nursery was left with few retired helpers, he came home with injuries every single day, also learned so many inappropriate words, when I spoke to the teacher she said they are trying but can’t control every single child’s word. It’s completely normal here to send kids home with wet clothes and shoes again my son would come home with wet clothes and he would be in it for hours and hours as his skin would be all wrinkled. As a parent it was very stressful I kept complaining but they didn’t care, we are now in much better place. So please do yourself a favour and don’t send your child here.

   Our son went to this nursery under its previous name of Oxhey Early Years Centre. He loved it and whilst there he passed his two assessments to get into Habs Boys School for reception. Our daughter now goes here and loves it! She’s two years old and regularly asks us to see the pictures of the staff, she says they make her happy… Which keeps us happy!

   I cannot recommend the staff and provision highly enough. Our eldest daughter (now 6) attended this nursery for several years, and her continued success at primary school is directly linked to the excellent early years education she received here. The level of structure and learning provided is unmatched by any other nursery we explored, which is why we’ve moved our second daughter here from her previous nursery. As parents with demanding jobs in the city, the convenience of the nursery’s location near the station is invaluable. We researched almost every nursery in the area—both fully private and part-funded—before making our decision. Thankfully, my wife, who is a senior professional in secondary education, took the lead in choosing the right place for our children. Her full support of this school speaks volumes about the exceptional quality of care and education they provide. The staff are not only passionate and compassionate, but also incredibly dedicated. They offer insightful feedback and are deeply invested in the development of our children. We are excited for the future and hope the nursery will consider expanding its hours of care and offering holiday clubs, to further support families outside term-time. This nursery has been a wonderful foundation for our children’s education.

   We have been with Oxhey Nursery School since they were named Oxhey Early Years Centre and was the first nursery school for our eldest. The school facilities are great with some nice outdoor play areas and the teachers and staff are fantastic. The admin team are also great and helpful when we reached out. There is good communication in the form of newsletters and there is a special room just for the younger ones so they are not overwhelmed when they join. We highly recommend it.

   My son currently goes to Oxhey Nursery School and LOVES it. The staff are amazing....... dedicated, caring and kind. They develop creative yet educational activities ensuring that the children are engaged in their learning. The facilities are wonderful, especially the gardens. The admin team are simply brilliant....Great communication and very efficient.
