   As a first-time mum, I was naturally nervous about leaving my 9-month-old son in nursery for the first time but Super Steps has been an absolute blessing! The staff are incredibly loving, caring, and attentive. They took such wonderful care of my little one and made the settling-in process smooth and reassuring for both of us. He adjusted so well, which is a true testament to the nurturing environment they provide. Communication with management has also been seamless—they are approachable, supportive, and always willing to help.    My daughter started at Super Step Nursery when she was 3 . The staff were kind and supportive, especially in the beginning when she was adjusting. She quickly settled in and always came out happy at pickup. She loved the fun activities—especially yoga classes! It’s a warm, caring place, and I’d definitely recommend it to other parents.

   I sent my daughter to Supersteps. It was her first experience at nursery. I am really happy with the staff and how they managed various situations. My daughter struggled at first because being away from her parents was very new to her. However, the staff was exceptional especially her key worker Yana. My daughter adjusted very well. The nursery is very flexible with the times that I sent my daughter so it worked very well for my life style. Thanks a lot Amir for having my daughter on board on such short notice. It’s been a great experience.

   My son attended this nursery, now he is in school but fondly remembers his teachers, especially Miss Jana who did an amazing job by working on his confidence, social skills and independence. As a manager, Mr Aamir is very efficient, makes everything fuss free and has transparent communication, always friendly and available to help or discuss anything. Many thanks to Mr Aamir and his teachers for everything they did to prepare my son for school!

   Super Steps Nursery made the UK feel like home in an instant! Aamir & the teachers welcomed our 2yr old daughter immediately. They made it easy, flexible, and accessible right from the start and all along. And they adapted activities so our daughter could catch up and improve her English. We are delighted to see her grow and develop at Super Steps, and so happy we could count on this nursery in these troubled times.

   My three year old son has attended Super Step Nursery since September. He was a bit shy at the beginning, but he has gained lots of confidence there. He enjoys playing with his little friends in the newly refurbished main area. He also loves going out to the well-secured garden and playing with a good variety of outdoor toys. I love the idea of lunch boxes and love that the staff use Tapestry to share Adam's magical moments. I love the nursery is clean and that nothing ia too much trouble if I ask staff to check on something for me Finally, the manager - Aamir - is very friendly - always calls me by my first name (I'm not "just a mum"), he is supportive and helpful. So, if you are looking for a nursery where your child will be taken care of and loved, hey, you have just found it! :) I highly recommend them for every parent!
