I initially moved my son from his first nursery (Monkey Puzzle in Uxbridge) as he just didnt enjoy going in and due to his speech delay he was unable to communicate his feelings but there were worries that he was being mistreated in that nursery as he would repeat phrases in a shouty manner that we would never use at home (why are you crying I'm here??? Be quiet! Go sit down now!) After deciding to move him to another nursery I attended Busy bees in person and shared my concerns with the assistant manager Sian who was at the main reception that particular day. She reassured me and arranged a tour of the nursery a few days later where myself, my husband and son were able to have a look around and we had a a lovely chat with Lauren in the preschool room about how a typical day in the nursery would be and how they monitor each childs progress again the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. After our visit our son was instantly warmed by the happy playful environment. He surprisingly settled within a week of attending. His speech, interaction and communication has all really come through as well as his attention. He has honestly been thriving here and although I'm sad he will be leaving the nursery to start school in September - I am ever so grateful for the staff especially Tammy for shaping up his academic journey from here ahead.

Worst nursery in my opinion. I would rate 0 if I could. My child was neglected here for the last 6 months. Nappies not changed and not fed or given much to drink. Good thing I kept tabs each time as I provided a pack up. Raised concern to Sian on numerous occasions but was ignored. I wasn’t given much option until I emailed stating my child won’t be returning. She’s very unprofessional considering she is an assistant director of the nursery. This is not a safe space for children. They will not change your child unless they probably ask and only feed them what is provided with no assistance or encouragement. Protect your children from people who work in a nursery with no intention of going beyond for each and every child!

I have had 2 children attend the nursery. Throughout their time there they have had some wonderful experiences with the staff providing lots of lovely activities and providing a great learning environment. The meals provided are well balanced and nutritious. The nursery is open plan with great access for lots of outdoor plan which my kids love. Staff are friendly and know my children well. This nursery is highly recommended

The children are quite often left unattended. Moreover, regardless of teacher's presence in the classroom, the children are ignored most of the time. Consequently our daughter was very unhappy in this nursery. We presented these issues several time to the nursery director, but nothing was done to improve the service. In a few words: do not send your child to this nursery. Moreover, be aware that the ofsted report only looks at paperwork and follows a pre-scheduled inspection. Differently, this review is based on multiple day-to-day observations and interactions with the teachers and nursery director.
