Shocked at the reviews on here. My girls absolutely love coming to this camp. We've experienced nothing but friendly, professional staff who have welcomed my daughters each time. They have always notified me when there's been accidents etc.. i have one daughter whos asthmatic and one who has adhd. I was kept informed every time my daughter needed her pump and when my eldest was having a bit of an off day they handled her brilliantly. Don't listen to the bad reviews. The fact they all were posted 4 months ago seems like a bit of a coincidence. Fake reviews for sure! They do so much at this camp, always coming home with things to show me and always excited to tell me about their day. We're a big fan of the Fantastic trips and extra activities that this camp do. Getting ready to book the next half term in.. :)

I would NEVER send my little boy here. Very unprofessional behaviour, children don’t get the same treatment, and there is a disappointing level of communication with children. When you send your child to a camp the staff are supposed to make sure your child is content and taken care of not excluded and left on their own. It's heartbreaking that unfortunately, this is what happens in this camp. If you don’t want your child to come back with trauma PLEASE avoid this place

I wouldn’t send our little boy anywhere else, the staff are respectful, compassionate, dedicated and above all experienced with children. The children benefit from a diverse range of skilled childcare professionals and the children are able to utilize the skills of the team to ensure they are able to not only feel safe, supported and nurtured but they are also offered educational content each day, I can see from below that some parents do not understand the basic principles of children settling into a new placement, as parents we need to lead my example, be understanding and empathetic. Jump for joy is 5 star ⭐️. Amazing work to the team.

I am extremely disappointed and upset with our experience at this camp. My child, who is still learning the local language, was repeatedly harassed and excluded by other children and the most disturbing part is that the teachers stood by and did absolutely nothing. It's hard enough for a young child to be in a new environment, especially when facing a language barrier. But what made this situation unbearable was the clear lack of empathy and action from the adults in charge. At no point was any effort made to encourage inclusion, stop the bullying, or even check in with my child to see how they were coping. This was not just a case of children being unkind, it was a failure of basic supervision and responsibility. When I brought up my concerns, I was met with blank stares, lies and vague responses. Not once did anyone acknowledge the seriousness of the situation or apologize. It’s heartbreaking to see my child (age 4) come home sad, isolated, and asking why they were treated differently. I would never recommend this camp to families who come from diverse backgrounds or whose children are still building language skills. The case has been reported to local authorities.

My daughter went to camp… she came home happy on the first day, happy on the second day too… on the third day, two of her friends weren’t there (she is only 4 years old). When I picked her up on the third day, she was crying and hugging me; she was scared. I asked her what happened, and she said she was alone there, no one wanted to play with her. She approached all the teachers and asked them to call her mummy to pick her up, but no one did it. All the kids pushed her away, and the teachers didn’t react! She spent 6.5 hours ALONE, with no one to help her with her emotions. When she cried, she covered her little face with her hands and asked the teachers for a phone to call her mum. No teacher put her in any other group of children. She was left completely alone there… When I picked her up, the teacher only informed me that my daughter bumped her elbow… Later, from my daughter’s story, I found out that another child pushed her so hard that she hit her head and elbow. Where were the teachers? When I went to talk about the whole incident with my still-crying daughter, who begged never to return there, I heard, "SHE'S LYING… OH NO, YOU WERE ALONE? WELL, WE HAVE 60 KIDS HERE…" I feel like the worst mother for sending my daughter to a place where she experienced trauma!
