   We visited this setting for our little boy. This nursery obviously benefits from a lot of resources. We didn’t choose Sapphires primarily because despite those resources it felt a little clinical and less warm than others, and our experience was of a number of stressed staff. Not all, but some. We weren’t asked for feedback from our show around. On a visit to view the area only, we noticed two staff smoking in the churchyard opposite. A local person mentioned in passing that this was a common sight. That was a red line for us, and will be an important consideration for all families.

   Sapphires has been a truly wonderful place for our daughter. Every day was filled with adventure and learning, all carried out in the most nurturing, positive, and enjoyable way possible. It’s clear that she has flourished at Sapphires - growing in confidence, developing new skills, and discovering a genuine love for exploring the world around her. The care, attention, and warmth she received made all the difference, and it’s been worth every penny to see how happy and settled she’s been. What makes Sapphires so exceptional are the educators, all of whom have each brought their own kindness and encouragement, giving our daughter the best possible experience. Their collective dedication has created not just a nursery, but a true home away from home - and one where our daughter has been able to thrive in every sense. Our daughter went to two nurseries prior to this - both of which we loved but it was only when she started at Sapphires that we could truly see what a nursery should be ! Not one tear at drop off in her two years ! Quite the change from her two previous settings !! Now that she’s started school, we can see just how much Sapphires has prepared her. She’s settled in beautifully and approaches every new challenge with confidence and enthusiasm…all thanks to the wonderful foundation they gave her.

   Choosing the right place for our little boy felt like such an important decision, but we couldn’t be happier with our choice of Sapphires. We never imagined he would be cared for and loved so deeply by such an incredible team. He joined a year ago at just 10 months old, and now he’s a confident, thriving toddler. The growth he’s shown is a true testament to the dedication, passion, and hard work of the Sapphires staff. Everyone is so friendly and always takes the time to warmly welcome us during drop-offs and pick-ups. Communication is consistently excellent, and we always feel reassured knowing he’s in such safe and capable hands. Thank you, Sapphires, for everything you do!

   I went for a tour in with my child today and I’m absolutely amazed how the staff members welcomed me and my child.The atmosphere inside is just lovely Montessori style.Everyone was involved with the kids,which is amazing.My child and I were politely told to leave our shoes outside as is no shoes from outside allowed(amazing again and very hygienic).The toilets are absolutely lovely made for the need of small children,absolutely clean,with soap dispenser and even an hand lotion after washing the hands,The sink was literally shiny clean and everything was perfectly clean and well maintained. I had a tour of all nurses in the area and my biggest concern and repulse was that the hygiene of the environment was low below the bar.Well done to all the staff and the amazing little humans there.The kids were so well behaved and with manners and they surrounded my little girl to play which made her feeling much better.And lastly they encouraged kids to pray and be thankful for the food they eat and good manners.Once again Thank you team for this wonderful place in our area ❤️❤️❤️❤️

   Wonderful team of experienced, kind and caring people. I couldn't think of anyone better to leave my children with. They also put on the most amazing sports day event every year with petting zoo, kids play area, hog roast and entertainment for the children and their families.

   We couldn’t say more good things about Sapphires and their staff. Our son attended from 9 months and immediately fell in love in with all his teachers. The variety of activities they did on a day to day basis was excellent - messy play, soft play, walks, time in the garden, reading, singing, dancing etc! Highly recommend!

   We could not be happier with how this nursery and its amazing staff have helped our daughter to learn and flourish. The nursery provides a lovely and welcoming physical learning environment and the staff go to great lengths to provide opportunities, both in and out of the nursery setting, to further the development of the children.
