   My child was repeatedly bitten (to the point of bleeding and broken skin), pinched and scratched by another child - for reference, 6 times in a few months. Management did nothing to reassure us that they were keeping our child safe and what they were doing to prevent these incidents. Having spoken to other parents there was a minimum of 15 incidents in the space of 4 months. This nursery charges a premium for their care and as such management treats the children as commodities. I would not recommend this nursery to anyone. We have had to remove her from this establishment as they were telling us that nothing was going to change. This nursery was exceptional for the baby room - the cherries, with miss Chloe and Miss Jo. But as soon as my daughter moved up to the bigger room issues started. Please consider another nursery for your child.

   Our daughter has just left Katey's, which is bittersweet, as she has had such a wonderful start to her educational journey, which has meant that she is now equipped for school. The staff are second-to-none and the environment is incredibly nurturing. We were kept up-to-date with our daughter's progress through the app, handover at the end of the day and regular parents' evenings. We would not hesitate recommending Katey's.

   My daughter has been at Katey’s for over a year and loves it. We moved back to the U.K. from abroad and Katey’s did an amazing job helping her settle into into a new nursery and new environment. The staff are fantastic and she loves her teaches. She always talks about them and “all the fun activities they have been doing”. She has recent moved up to a new class and everyone worked to make this a totally smooth transition meaning she felt confident and happy to make the change. Would definitely recommend.

   Our son has been going to Katey's for 18 months now. As a first-time parent when he joined, I was naturally anxious at leaving him somewhere 'unfamiliar'. But as he settled into his Plums class so well, I was very quickly made to feel at ease by the wonderful teachers in there. Manager Katie and her whole team are so kind, caring and approachable. Nothing is too much trouble, and they go above and beyond to ensure needs are met. I love seeing the updates on the app, and hearing at hometime about the great experiences children are given. I would have no hesitation in recommending Katey's Hampton Court to anyone looking for a nursery for their child.

   Sending your child to nursery will always be anxiety inducing, but Monika & the team at Katey's have been wonderful. From my first visit I had a great feeling about the nursery. My daughter started a few weeks ago and absolutely loves it. The team are all very friendly, and my daughter seems very happy there, she's always excited to go and we get wonderful updates at the end of the day. Its lovely seeing how happy the children are there. We would certainly recommend to friends and family.

   I was so nervous as it is my first child, we visited a few nurseries but Katey's in Hampton court was by far the best. I had such a good vibe, they put my mind at rest and made me feel confident. My Daughter loves it now, they are constantly getting the children to interact and learn, they are really friendly and caring. They have always listened to any feedback, and done whatever they can to adapt to my daughters particular needs. I love the fact that they explain what the kids have done during the day and include things like gardening and outings.

   Katey's is what every nursery and pre-school should be like. It is a warm, caring, educational, open-minded environment that has been the best thing about us moving to the UK! It is run by the most wonderful manager, and has the loveliest teachers and staff. We couldn't have asked for a better experience for our toddler!

   A wonderful & stimulating environment for little people. The incredibly friendly staff go the extra mile to create fun and engaging activities each day. It truly is a gem of a nursery where you feel your child is cared for in the best way, with great attention to detail shown from the daily menus to the parent feedback.    Fabulous nursery, lucky to have it so close by. Our child has been there for 6 months now and we are delighted at the progress made with the kind and caring staff who take a genuine interest in each little person. When you speak to them they are so knowledgeable about our little one - it shines through in daily handovers at the end of the day. The manager Monika is great, super responsive, organised and with high standards. We have been at nurseries previously where the staff were great but failure at the top level of management meant the nursery was chaotic and badly run, leading to accidents and children getting hurt. This is not the case at Katey's Hampton Court, Monika is a brilliant. Thank you for all the kindness, affection and care you extend to our little one.
