   My little one, Willow, has been attending the nursery for the past two months. As a new mother and a full-time worker, the experience of finding and taking my little one to nursery was both emotional and anxiety-filled. However, the staff team have been absolutely brilliant, very supportive, understanding, and patient in helping Willow settle in. The nursery environment is always tidy and clean, which gives me great peace of mind. It’s truly wonderful to see how well Willow has settled in such a short period of time. All credit goes to the amazing team , I highly recommend this nursery to everyone. This is a genuine and heartfelt experience.

   Wonderful nursery. Staff are always happy and friendly and will give feedback about my son’s day every single time. He is thriving and he enjoys going to nursery due to the different aspects of his day. They have pre school activities and a sensory room as well a soft play area and a fantastic playground. They always have various activities planned and there is so much space for the children to explore. Highly recommend and feeling very sad that this is his last year at this nursery but will leave with very fond memories

   I highly recommend this nursery. My son had been successfully potty training and he is eating a lot of variety of food because of his nursery experience. Staff are really professional and friendly. They taught him how to be independent and be motivated to learn.Staff always wellcomed him with a smile and kind words in the morning what makes him very happy to start his day.

   Amazing place for my daughter to grow. The staff and teachers are loving and caring towards my child. They take very good care of all the needs for her including her different dietary requirements. They involve activities on day to day basis that help them towards their growth and development and learning. I love the daily update on apps as that helps us to communicate with our little one at home. Very lively environment in the nursery always.

   One of the most professional nurseries I have come across, my daughter has been going for a few months and has developed a lot more confidence with herself through support of the staff and made good friends! The nursery hygiene is maintained and is a lot spacious for kids to play around and lots of different toys including variable developement toys to aid learning. The staff and particularly the manager are extremely professional and diligent in their attitude and approach providing the right level of support to kids. I am able to trust them with my child and know that they value these relationships. Myself and my husband have been very impressed with our child’s development and ability to do and learn many new things showing her passion! So huge thanks to the Manager and staff!

   Dear Parents, Please consider reviewing the Ofsted Report for this nursery. It has been classified as Inadequate (lacking quality) for overall effectiveness as of 7th October 2021. I didn't have a good experience when I visited the reception myself.

   This nursery advertised a cleaning job of 25-30 hours/week via Indeed, but upon being called over for the job, it was reduced to 10 hours (to which I agreed), thereafter 8 hours to which I agreed too. Within minutes of starting this ‘8 hours trial’ job, I was told to only do ‘4 hours now’ on a Thursday night and was promised the nursery manager Shivani Bakhai would contact me the next day. However, I didn’t hear back, I tried contacting the nursery numerous times but heard nothing back until Monday afternoon, and this was after multiple messages and phone calls from my end. Over a phone call, the manager Shivani Bakhai, said the nursery was not happy with the cleaning service provided and won't be hiring me or anyone else? – she did not even acknowledge payment for the 4 hours I spent cleaning a nursery, which was full of dust/dirt/spider webs and dead insects underneath the fire extinguishers, where children are normally accommodated – which is utterly below minimum cleaning standards. The only decently cleaned rooms were the toilets in the whole nursery, which I will honestly acknowledge here. I was finally able to receive a payment five days post my service. Not hiring someone is not a problem at all, but not being able to provide a solid justification behind this decision is unfair, and passing on demotivating, unappreciative and disrespectful comments was very unfair. Overall, very unprofessional attitude without transparency and honesty. I hope this review helps the nursery review its standards of working professionally.

   Wonderful place for your little ones to learn and grow. Our son has been going there for nine months now and we could not be happier. It was his first time at a nursery so he was obviously a little scared for the first few times, but they looked after him and he clearly has a great time there, as now he doesn't even stop to say goodbye to me as he runs in when I drop him off. Highly recommended.

   Our son recently moved to this Nursery, we were a little hesitant to start in July but he has settled very well with his new friends. The nursery itself is very spacious which is essential for us due to the current Covid-19 situations. They provide amazing toys and activities alongside an incredible garden space.
