   I paid 170 pounds for the shoes and they didn't fit me properly. I wanted to exchange them for a larger size but the black girl working there said she couldn't. On the receipt she said she would exchange them within 28 days but I was not happy at all. I will never buy anything from there again. I don't recommend it to anyone. Don't do anything you'll regret.

   Went to buy a shoe at Foot Locker Bristol yesterday, the sales girl was very rude and felt like she was very lazy to do her job... She was not at al interested in dealing with the customer, foot locker should look into the staff training very seriously, or recrute people those who really wants to do the job.

   I visited yesterday and was extremely disappointed with the service I received. The staffs were rude showed no courtesy or customer service whatsoever—no smiles, no effort to help no nothing. They looked upset as though I was just an inconvenience to them. When I asked for recommendations on which type of shoes that are good for flat feet, they seemed clueless and confused. Very poor customer service

   Tried returning a pair of trainers which I had worn once briefly but which hurt my feet. Still in new condition as far as I’m concerned (see photos), and returned in original packaging and with receipt only a week after purchasing. However they refused to give me a refund given the level of “wear and tear”. Highly dissatisfied, will not be shopping there again and advise others not to either.

   Had recently brought shoes from footlocker had good experience but coming from the same place staff are in there on space bad customer service.asked for shoes and keep us waiting for 15min and then said wait for 2min. So pathetic service.Wont suggest to buy anything from them again.

   Very slow service it seemed like the only one who knew what they were doing was the supervisor (well I take him to be the supervisor as he was telling people what to do!) If it wasn’t for that man I would have been long gone and they would have missed out on two sales.
