   Very unfriendly Manager. Solely responsible for losing business. Very un-professional, manipulative and non transparent in dealing with customers. It is a beautiful club and we absolutely love it for the space and facilities and convenience for Winchburgh residents. But for past one and a half years or since the new manager has taken the role she has only been causing inconvenience to potential customers and depriving us of holding any events. Especially cold to Asian community. Very unresponsive...I believe she works only 3 or 4 days a week and she has all the control... not letting any other staff to share any information on availability of dates for any event if enquired. Doesn't respond to phone calls nor does she call back. Very non transparent with costs... especially Kitchen usage, cleaning, deposits. Charges additional costs as opposed to what has been agreed and also delays the refund of deposits(refundable) Unfortunately there is no way a complaint can be raise to board as she is the only point of contact and I suspect, our concerns go unheard as the facts and truth is twisted and passed on. I am voicing out on behalf of many impacted customers who have similar concerns and experiences. I am posting it here with a hope that this will be read by any of the board members who can take an initiative and investigate. I am sure there must have been a reduction in revenue due to reduced customers since the current manager has taken charge. My humble request to investigate and take necessary action if any of the above allegations prove to be right. I request you to take opinion/survey from Winchburgh residents and you will get to know from responses. Sincere Thanks Resident

   Decent place for small to medium party. Been there to attend a kid's birthday party and it was a clean community space with good amenities such as special lighting, stage, catering tables etc. Very accessible for Winch burgh locality.
