The reviews and general consensus regarding this nursery are unsettling, to say the least. It is perplexing that such negative feedback has not led to more substantial actions against it, particularly from governing bodies like Ofsted. My own observations, coupled with the testimonials from other parents, indicate a deeply concerning environment for children, particularly those with specific needs. The conduct of the staff, notably individuals such as Claire, raises significant red flags. Her interactions with parents and children seem to lack the professionalism and respect one would expect in a nurturing educational setting. Notably, her health choices appear to contradict the educational messages she conveys to children about healthy living. Such hypocrisy undermines the credibility of the nursery’s health initiatives. In my personal experience, attempts to address my concerns with Claire were met with dismissiveness. As a paying parent, I find it unacceptable to encounter such unprofessionalism, particularly when my child’s wellbeing and development are at stake. It is alarming that this institution is still operational, as it appears to fail in providing the necessary support and care, particularly to children with special needs. Parents should exercise caution when considering this nursery, as it evidently does not meet the required standards of care and education.

Great nursery in my experience, second year now for my daughter, she loves going there, the teachers are all lovely and my daughter seem to love them all too. They make a big effort with the kids.

I'm thrilled to see my son thriving in school now. I was initially concerned about his behavior, as the staff at the nursery left me worried, and he didn't even want to talk about that place. However, since transitioning to school, his progress and happiness have been remarkable. It's clear that the nurturing and supportive environment of his current school has made a significant positive impact on him. I would encourage parents to do their research when choosing a nursery, as the right environment can make a world of difference for a child's development and well-being.
