My son attended Vicarage Nursery and was so happy there. Juliet Williams and her team were hugely supportive and attentive to his development. He built wonderful friendships and foundations of learning.
My daughter has loved her time at Vicarage Nursery School. She has gained so much confidence and learnt so many different things that will help her progress as she gets ready for big school. The teachers at Vicarage work so hard to engage with all the children and put on a range of activities for them. They're so caring and attentive. We will miss them so much as our daughter moves on to primary school now but I know that she has gained skills and friends for life. I'm sure we will be sending our youngest there in a few years time too! I highly recommend them to anyone in the local area and couldn't be happier with our experience. Fantastic nursery! Highly experienced, professional and caring staff and management. Structured sessions designed to develop and support the children emotionally and academically. The curriculum is closely aligned with what the children will learn in Reception so it is great preparation for primary school. Highly recommended!
We moved from Turkey to the UK a couple of years ago and were looking for the right nursery for our 3-year-old daughter back then. We are so happy today that we chose the Vicarage Nursery. Mrs Williams and her team are outstanding. Our daughter picked up English in six months and loved every single day. She learned so much at the nursery; it was much beyond our expectations. The Vicarage Nursery and the community made us feel welcomed and home. My daughter's best friends at the primary are the very same ones from the nursery. We wanted a great social start for our child, and that's what we got. We can't be more thankful. Thus my wife and I - and I'd say our daughter - highly recommend the Vicarage Nursery. Two of my children attended Vicarage Nursery at Homeguards for two years each and absolutely loved it! The staff were friendly and warm and the nursery had a great range of activities that prepared the kids for school. As parents, we were always kept well-informed and they hosted lovely events to help parents create a community. We felt very sad to leave the nursery when we started school and feel very fortunate to have found such a wonderful nursery. Would highly recommend based on our experience
Five stars with bells on! Our two children adore Vicarage Christ Church nursery. Our eldest still talks about being there with huge affection and remembers so many of the incredible activities they did. These ranged from free play to playing with foam to cooking to topic-based craft activities. The children play outside on tricycles, slides, obstacle courses and have story time under the trees. The dedicated and fun staff take the on regular walks onto Sheen Common and sometimes on Nursery excursions to see the trains or into Richmond Park. Meanwhile, embedded within all their learning is an understanding of letters, sounds, numbers and developing social skills. Our youngest is still at the nursery and runs to see his teachers with excitement every morning. The children all look adorable in their red and white smocks and we regularly see photographs and are provided with updates of their activities and on their progress. Both our children grew in confidence in the teachers (who have been their for ages) care, and I couldn’t think of a better nursery and start to their schooling than Vicarage Christ Church Nursery.
We were very pleased with the Vicarage nursery. Both our sons developed in so many ways. They became confident and balanced and looked forward going into nursery everyday. All the teachers were experienced, caring and professional and whom the children responded well to. We would definitely recommended it to others.
