   We've had some mixed experiences at this nursery. While our child made progress—his pen grip improved and he started to eat a bit more, which we were thrilled about—there were some key areas that needed attention. The main concern for us was the hygiene. We often noticed our child's nose was not cleaned, even after we raised the issue. He also frequently came home in dirty clothes, as his outfit wasn't changed after lunch. We also would have appreciated more detailed feedback at pickup. The information we received was often brief and didn't give us a clear picture of his day.

   This was the best thing I could ever do for my daughter. She had improved and grown so much just by going to the nursery. The staff is amazing, they work with the children and teach them how to be independent. They are incredible, all so creative, wonderful, helpful and kind - it feels like they are part of your family and your children are going to a second home the environment is perfect. I honestly don't think it could be any better. Many thanks from the heart for all your hard work, love, dedication, patience to the children.

   What a lovely Nursery. My son has been at this setting now for over a year and has been in both the Bumbles and Buzz rooms. Staff in both rooms are excellent. Whenever there is an issue, the Nursery Director is always on hand to listen, provide reassurance and solutions. Our Key Worker is EXCEPTIONAL and we are very lucky to have her. She works in close partnership with us and makes us feel as though she wants nothing but the best for our child. I would highly recommend this nursery.

   My Daughter goes to the Busy Bees nursery in Cheam, Nonsuch and absolutely loves it there. The staff are lovely and I have seen such growth in my daughter. She is so much more confident and independent since starting there. The staff always make sure that I know what she has done through the day, sharing pictures of activities and what she has eaten through the day. I would highly recommend the nursery to any parents wanting to give their children a home away from home.
