My daughter has just started and I couldn’t be happier with everything. They have gone out of their way to make sure she is happy and settled and all the staff members have been brilliant from admin to the key workers dealing directly with her.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this nursery, my first daughter attended over 10 years ago and some of the same staff are still there which is amazing, my second daughter now attends and is thriving!!! A very professional team of individuals that still show all the love and care that a child needs!!! Big shout out to Kate, Sophie, Stamenka, Ann, Rae and all of the staff!!!!

Let me tell you something....this review is purely based on what has been heard, over many many years and what has been seen over many many years. We have been living in the apartments that overlook the nursery. We have been doing so for many years. And it's the same thing every day. The children cry so much here...I feel so sorry for them. Every day there are tears. As a mother. I wish I could just go and hug them. You can hear they are not at all happy. You can hear the staff raising their voices at the children all throughout the day. This is the same thing every day for the longest of times. Then every evening and I mean every evening you hear the workers start to sing and play with the children. In the hope of making their appearances look so good to the parents who are arriving to collect their children. I think it's awful. My heart absolutely goes out to the poor children. Crying every day. You can hear them...they are not happy at all. If you are considering sending your children or child to this particular establishment I would request that you think again...for your child's sake. My heart goes out to these children. It really does. Please parents ...take time...do your research. Your child's happiness is what is most important. Take good care. Recently. During the week of 05/08/24...could hear a staff member shout at a child.... "Shut up. You're upsetting your brother". So now here's an update. 9th March 2025. Well the female staff have gone back to their old ways of shouting at the children. I cannot understand why you never hear the children laughing and playing, like they are enjoying themselves. They do, it seems, have a wonderful time with a male member of staff. It seems whenever he is on the premises the children have the most fun. It certainly sounds like it. But he doesn't come often which is sad. Stephen Bartlett has a podcast on YouTube called "Diary of a CEO" and on one of his segments he is interviewing a psychologist (I think) and she talks in depth about the harm caused by putting children, so young, into daycare. Very interesting listen .

My twins started going to Busy Bees Cheam since they were 1.5 years old and left to school now. The support received has been excellent. The management (Tiffany and Kate) and their team were amazing in supporting the parents and to help children achieve their full potential. Wising them all the very best.

Good nursery manager and an overall warm and caring environment! The key staff in pre school room work very hard to ensure a great learning and fun environment and have formed strong bonds with the kids! I would highly recommend this nursery.

I cannot recommend this nursery enough. I was so worried when my daughter started there as we had a bad experience with a previous nursery. The staff made me feel reassured and within hours my daughter loved it! The staff are so friendly and accommodating. They tell you everything the children have been doing, eating etc and they are always there to listen to any concerns or questions. We love it so much that now my 4 yr old has left to start school, my youngest goes there now even though it's no where near the closest to me, but I wouldn't want her to go anywhere else. They have also handled the Covid situation really well, and kept all of the parents well informed with what's happening and any changes they had to make to keep everyone safe. Thanks

My son has been at this nursery for almost two years now and I don't have a bad word to say about them! There's a real family feel there, I love how the management team are always available and know details of the children's day. It's well equipped, the menu is great and the location is handy for travel into London but, the relationship between the staff and the kids is the most important thing and I love how my son runs to his key worker for a hug most mornings.
