I paid the £12 fee and received a prompt response, which was appreciated. However, what they don’t make clear is that once you pay the fee, you’re expected to make a decision immediately. Despite clearly stating that I hadn’t finished my current course, I was still emailed daily, which I found frustrating. I feel the timeline expectations should be made clear upfront so applicants can factor this into their decision. As a result, my review and rating reflect this experience. My advice: only apply when you’re fully ready and have completed your current commitments, or you risk wasting £12 and, more importantly, their time.
