Danny attended one of our HAF sessions and delivered his beatboxing session to over 20 of our children, they were really engaged and enjoyed taking part. It was nice to see them all involved in something new, Danny was great with the children and made them all feel included and safe to participate.
Danny delivered a great inspiring session to Year 8 pupils. He was able to activity engage all pupils, with some who wouldn't normally perform solo in front of others willingly trying out some beatboxing on a mic.
Loving Danny's tuition into the art of Beatboxing. I also really appreciate that 'practice, practice, practise' but starting slowly (!) is sooo important ... before one speeds up gradually. This is the only way to get memory muscle - (doing and listening) into your being. Like anything requiring repetition in sport, singing, playing music and scales!... so anything.

Danny ran four two-hour workshops at our drama camps last week (w/b 7th August) for some very lucky 5 to 11 year olds in Leyton, Nunhead, and Teddington. Danny is absolutely brilliant with this age group; the children were gripped from start to finish. He bursts with enthusiasm, twinkle, and humour. He tells his beatboxing story with joy and wonder - he's living the dream - and then very cleverly gets the children making sounds, beating out different rhythms, and performing. Everyone is given a go, no one is left out, everyone is given special Danny attention and applauded for their efforts. There is a tremendous wow factor when Danny demonstrates his incredible skill. Danny is a perfect combination of excellent teacher and amazing showman! He's also really good to work with - responds to emails/texts really promptly, explains the fee very clearly, nothing is too much to ask. We can't wait to have him back at our drama camps. My son has taken part in several group Zoom sessions and a 1-to-1 Zoom session and absolutely loves the lessons. Danny is a great teacher, brimming with enthusiasm and positivity. He encourages the members of the class to support each other, which is wonderful for the children's self esteem. Danny is also able to adapt easily to bring out the best in the children. My son is looking forward to continuing to improve his beatboxing skills.
Danny is a fantastic teacher and facilitator. The pupils were so enthusiastic and energised, that after each session they would go home and practise to ensure that they were ready for the next week's session. Danny is personable and pleasure to work with and I would recommend him and his sessions without reservation.
Danny did a workshop for us as part of a Team Building Day at our charity. We all loved it, was great fun. Completely different to other experiences, and easy for all to participate (even the two people on Zoom enjoyed it from a distance!). Would highly recommend as a fun activity for a variety of ages / backgrounds.
We booked Danny for our Summer School and cannot express enough how inspiring, enagaging and brilliant his session was. Our staff probably enjoyed it just as much as the students! We saw young students come out of their shell and engage in a way we hadn't been able to do. Brilliant!
Danny was absolutely superb. He was lively, fun and kept the pupils engaged the whole time. Several children who are normally quite reticent abut performing got up to have a go and were surprised at all they managed to achieve. The workshop has sparked a real interest in beatboxing in our school and I have now been asked to set up a Beatboxing Club! I can highly recommend Danny and the School of Beatbox to inspire and teach the children so much in just one session. Thank you so much!
