This place is ok but it’s not what it use to be. The previous 2 executive heads built a mini community in that centre. The children had literal mini farms brought in once a year, Christmas parties were magical with a DJ and summer gatherings were so memorable, parents were asked to bring a dish the playground area was beautiful, I travelled from Northolt and my children loved every moment. Unfortunately, since the new head Nisha, things have gradually stopped, this place is a shadow of what it was, the seasonal parties and summer gatherings have stopped and parts of the playground looks like a mini construction site. The place is slowly falling apart, the community is no longer there. Parents quickly pick up and go. Nisha is a penny pinching executive and it’s disappointing that she changed an amazing centre into what it is now. I stayed for the few remaining staff I trusted but I’m glad I’m finally done, I know other parents who left because they said it was ‘depressing’ I think it’s only going to get worse. I’m so grateful for the initial memories. Bye Curzon

A Wonderful Space for Families – We Love It Here! Curzon Family Wellbeing Centre is such a special place. The space itself is amazing – bright, welcoming, and filled with so many toys and activities for little ones to enjoy. It’s the perfect environment for children to play, explore, and learn. We regularly attend the gardening sessions, and my toddler absolutely loves them! It’s become one of our favourite things to do together. A big shoutout to Jasmine, the gardener – she is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and just a joy to be around. I’ve learned so much from her, and her warm, caring nature makes the sessions even more special. I’m so happy we have a lovely, safe place like this to go to. It’s been such a positive part of our routine, and I’m truly grateful for the supportive environment Curzon provides for both parents and children.

Went for my daughter's vaccination, lady at the reception was kind but the nurse was rude.

Staff have no real understanding of how to deal with parents of children with special needs. Several incidents I can recollect where certain members of staff were unprofessional and made myself and another parent feel as though we didn't belong at Curzon Crescent. Nursery Manager and Children's Centre Manager were extremely fake, all smiles to your face but not supportive and indirectly very rude. Luckily I found a much better place for my child where I was able to feel comfortable and fully supported.
